Good family get away

The kids club. Parents can leave their kids with the caretakers there where there are fun activities like art & craft, PS4 & Nintendo Wii

Bed a little too soft for my bad back. But its still comfortable for the family.

It was a nice hotel but needs to step up internationally

Very nice hotel but there was a cockroach in my bathroom! The hotel responded very quickly and upgraded our room which was very nice of them.

The team for breakfast had no idea how to control people coming for their breakfast! It was absolute madness! I went for breakfast at 9am and I was told I had to wait 30 minutes….30 minutes….how stupid; especially when I can see tables were empty.

Verfy much enjoyable.

cause we had been at this hotel twicw before we were upgraded to a beautiful 3 x room suite. The pool and restuarants were excellent. Overall we very much enjoyed our timw there. The location to the beach was really conveient. Also the Conciere staff were excellent.

Totalt sett veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, vennlig betjenning og perfekt hotell for småbarnsfamilier.

Bra beliggenhet, ryddigt område og veldig kjekk plass for barn. God sikkerhet rundt bassengområdet, sikkerhets-vakter sørger for trygghet i den største sklien.

- Søppelkasser skulle vært mer tilgjenneligt rundt bassengområdet - Ingen besøkende tar hensyn til «stille sone», området som er skal vær stille.

Fantastic stay

Location is very good, next to the beach, 10 minutes walk to terminal 21 mall and also close/walking distance to a little night market Chinatown and korea town, a few minutes walk to a seven eleven and 15minutes walk to another mall marina central. The pool area is also good. I could really rest, there was enough space to walk and there where enough sunbeds. There is a big swimmingpool and also a big section for children. A lot of entertainment for children at the kidsclub. The staff is professional, helpful and kind. Everything looks clean.

Everything in this hotel outstanding . The staff all are excellent and helpful. The location was amazing and the room was very clean and modern. 100% I will come again.

Only one problem where the shower drain was blocked and the problem was not solved.

Our favorite stay in pattaya

Staff are super friendly The suits are big and perfect for families The bed and sofas are super comfortable They have so many activities to do inside the resort (bikes, football, kids club) The breakfast is perfect it has various international and local options and kids corner It has a pool and a water park The location is perfect 6 minutes walk to terminal 21 (shopping mall) and 3 minutes walk to the beach and there are so many local and arabic restaurants near by

Can't make the room dark, other than that it's all good

Location is perfect, the beach is just across the street,, the hotel offer beach towels at the security cabin The walk to Terminal 21 is less than 10 minutes I haven't tried the breakfast or the pool so I can't comment on that, but the hotel itself feels premium and it matches the Amari high standards

The bathroom is integrated to the room in a nice way but it has a huge flaw, the toilet has a glass wall (a huge one) but it only has blinds/blades kind of curtain which is perfect for privacy but horrible to keep the light out,, then the toilet has it's own door but it's a glass door & to make it worse it has like a 2 feet gap at the top When the sun is up it gets super bright inside and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, even at night it won't become pitch black. so, if you're the kind of person who has to have a dark room to stay asleep, stay away from this kind of room
