Gelungene Zeit in Bad Neustadt

Es war rund herum ein schöner Aufenthalt! Alles sauber modern und klassisch schön! Das schlosshotel ist wunderschön und der anliegende Park ein Traum mit alten Bäumen läd er zum verweilen ein!

Wunderschönes kleines Schlosshotel im Grünen, dich nah zum Bahnhof (ca. 15 min Fußweg), sehr ruhig mit Park und großen klassisch elegant eingerichteten Zimmern. Aufmerksamkeiten wie Zeitung, Bademantel, Zahnbürste auf dem Zimmer, gut bestückte Minibar mit Obst auf Wunsch und Naschereien. Sehr gutes Restaurant, tolles Frühstück, Preis absolut wert!

Außergewöhnlich

Das Zimmer, seine Ausstattung, der Blick in den Schlossgarten haben uns echt überraschen können. Das schaffen nicht wirklich viele Hotels. Das "Schloss" ist nicht nur der Namensgeber, sondern Programm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Breakfast was very good, Bed was really comfortable. Very nice hotel!

As we arrived a little late - there was not a receptionist anymore - only the guy who worked in restaurant. Maybe thats the reason we got wrong room. We paid for suite, but did not get it. Next morning, if i said it, they apologise for that but what else they can do. They offered that we stay 1 more night, but that was not a option for us, Nevertheless Hotel was beautiful and staff was friendly. They also gave us 1 buttle of wine for a apology, which tasted very good.

Looking for a classy place to stay in Bad Neustadt? The local Schlosshotel has it all!

- Perfect, quiet location - the Schlosshotel profits from its own spacious terraces and gardens to create a special atmosphere for its guests. - Friendly and welcoming staff. - Fantastic room with lots of space (30m2) with a bed and bathroom to match - Free parking - my motorcyle was even allowed to be parked inside at the hotel lobby! - Outstanding restaurant with well-assorted and tasty menus that were served outdoors in a classy style on the hotel terrace area - The breakfast was more than excellent and worthy even of a 5* place

- No complaints, I will be a returning guest in the future!

Challenge for non German speaker.

Looks nice. Practical for business trip.

Bed and bedding not good. breakfast not great. I was charged twice for the room and the won’t respond to my emails. (had to email rather than call as I don’t speak German).

Beautiful location but....

Location is amazing, despite the reception and the rooms were not attached and every time we had to go outside.

As family with a small kid we asked in advance to book the restaurant but only when we get there they told us the restaurant was closed due to a big event going on. After a long journey we had to find an outside restaurant thst didn't have even delivery.

Staying in a Palace.

The breakfast buffet was great. Location and personnel super. We plan to visit again in the future.

Good!! But beware of events at time of your stay

It was nice staying at a castle. Room was good, bathroom with a nice tub. Staff was friendly. Breakfast very good.

There was an event (wedding?) during our stay, so the whole dinner experience was not very nice, being in kind of an extra room, listening to children "playing" the piano, not really the flair we were expecting. Still a good stay overall!

Wonderful hotel with excellent service

The suite was gorgeous, spacious and clean with all the amenities one could wish for. Breakfast and dinner were both very good. The park behind the hotel is beautiful. The hotel in general looks amazing with authentic features preserved. Staff was very friendly.

If you don’t like your eggs too soggy (fried or boiled) please specify this. They tend to undercook for my liking. Train track runs right behind the park but the hotel provides war plugs. Great service

Fantastic boutique hotel with an excellent restaurant.

Fantastic breakfast. Excellent restaurant. Marvellous property with attentive and hard working staff. Lovely gardens and park nearby.

Extra / choice of pillows. But this is a very minor thing. We had a very comfortable stay in an excellent hotel. Would not hesitate to return.

Spacious. Good breakfast. Quiet.

Attention to details. Missing floor towels in shower. Garbage bins not emptied. Not full but still normally they should be empty no matter how full or empty they are. No shampoo provided. Elevator with cloth sack and vacuum cleaner unattended over time blocking space riding up and down. It seems the housekeeping is not properly functioning. The rest is fine.

Nice place, but would not stay again.

Nice Schloss, nice room, good breakfast, very nice person serving a breakfast.

No personnel after 18.00. One Person -caught accidentally by calling everywhere- was angry, aggressive and shouting on us. It means - one rude person can spoil all the image.
