Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff.

Breakfast you had plenty of choice to cater for everyone, lovely setting and atmosphere

Indoor pool/spa area. Indoor pool and room was freezing, wasn’t a pleasant experience. Steam room smelt awful a very stale smell, needs a very good clean with a nice aroma. Steam room and sauna you have to pay extra for, 20 euro each which definately wasn’t worth it, as didn’t stay in steam room because of the disgusting smell, these I think should have been in the price to encourage more people down there. Pools were also freezing, again if were warmer would have had more people in them. We spent alot of time down beach as sea far warmer than the pools

Great location for both Protaras itself and exploring surrounding area . Super breakfast, very clean , great pool. ( Including adults only pool ) , friendly and efficient staff . All in all a very good value and very nice place to stay .

The location is perfect. Located in the heart of Protaras and very close to the most famous and clean beaches.

Amazed!

Everything was amazing! We arrived and the ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful! We booked only a room for 2 as our daughter is still small and can sleep with us, but they immediately arranged an extra bed for us, no extra charge! The room was amazing. Right next to the pool but with good isolation! Pool is great for adults and kids together and there’s another area where it’s only 18+ For relaxing! Breakfast was also great. Big variety but good quality. Thank u so much!

Very close to the beach (probably one of the best in the island) and to other amenities! Fabulous breakfast! I would definitely stay there again!

Block format meant having to cross parking lot to get to pool, reception, etc

Bit overrated for the price, but location is good

Had to go outside the building and enter reception to pay €10 to get a key to go downstairs open a door to find iron to iron my shirt, give the key back , take the €10 back and go back to the room. 'I just wanted an iron'

well located comfy hotel

our room was very big and had good air con :) it is a very well located hotel for the main ‘strip’ and fig tree bay. less than 10 mins walk to the beach and 2 seconds away from lots of good restaurants and little shops.

we didn’t try the common amenities - was very low season so entertainment wasn’t great
