Highly recommended. You will love it. There is everything to love! Thank you Novotel. 🙏

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of selection. The coffee cups and glasses were very small. We used many cups when we could have used just one. Maybe put bowls under the yoghurt area.

It was all perfect. We loved our time there. Staff were so friendly and happy to help. The gardens were picture perfect. The pool was fastidiously cleaned. The lady who sells the souvenirs dresses hats etc was cheaper by far than outside shops. We loved everything. 😍

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were beautiful. Gardens were fabulous. Loved the pool and cafe.

Excellent, relaxing, love the Balinese people.

Location, the traditional Balinese exterior.

It could do with a facelift. Tiles in swimming pool missing or loose. The path around the complex uneven in places. As it was busy there weren’t enough pool towels at some stages. Beach could do with more beds.

A Nice Resort for Family with Kids

The two bedroom suite was spacious, espcially the sitting room. The resort is like an amiable community, friendly neighbours all around.

I really didn't like the public bathroom... only a tub. It iis better to equip a shower other than a tub.

fantastic pool. incredible staff. One bed apartment is huge and easily fitted 5, large balcony, free wifi, daily room cleaning, towels at the pool

bathrooms- they need plumbers badly- leaks in every bathroom, Accor hotel points dont count if you book through booking.com, limited kitchen facilities- no bread knife yet they deliver loaves of bread,

Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, für Kinder gut geeignet.

Pool, Frühstück, Strandabschnitt: sehr geeignet für Kinder, freundliches Personal

Zimmer etwas veraltet und Badezimmer dadurch einige Ablagerungen. Möbel teilweise recht abgenutzt. In den anderen Hotels auf Bali hatten wir Trinkwasserspender auf den Zimmern, das wäre hier auch schön gewesen.

Relaxing family holiday.

Relaxed feel. Our room was large and well appointed. Restaurants within walking distance.

The WiFi around the pool was poor. It was better in the room but still would drop out regularly.

Thank you for a wonderful experience for my family. We enjoyed every moment. The people are amazing!

The pool and the size of the room were amazing for families. My kids also enjoyed the kids club and buffet. Location is so good with restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, shops around. Would like to say a special thank you to Tika and Chip at Kids Club for taking care of our kids and making them feel safe. Special thank you to Nyoman and Anggu at the Square restaurant for being so attentive to us.

The bathroom was poorly designed— specifically the shower area. Water goes everywhere. But housekeeping gives extra towels to cover that and the floor dries over time.

Great experience

The 3 bedroom villa was very big, bigger than we thought, it was neat and nice as well. Breakfast was good, just not as good as the Novotel in Ngurah Rai.

fantastic facilities! the pool was amazing and it was very close to the bar and restaurant with pool side service. the staff were amazing. they went above and beyond to cater to our needs and we would definitely stay again!

the rooms could do with an upgrade and even though the bed was so spacious, it was a little on the hard side.

The staff is amazing. The place is amazingly clean. The pool area super beautiful. I would do this place again in a heart beat

Lovely resort but wouldn’t stay again

Breakfast was great - location was amazing - pool was nice

The cost of laundry was absolutely insane! The room servicing was poor - some days they came some they didn’t or would do just one room. We had to ask for things like toilet paper. The kids club was old , had very minimal amount of toys, most of the activities that were listed for the day were not done - my children didn’t enjoy it.

The facilities were outdated not the five star i expected. The coffee provided in the room was terrible. The food was expensive for a family. The aircon sound in the room was very loud.
