Our rooms were comfortable, clean, well equipped, with good views lift access. Staff were all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was extremely good and well laid out. The hotel truly is right by the beach, with no main road in between!
The bar shut by 9.00pm, the coffee shop and bistrot are not available in the evening. The main restaurant in the evening is expensive and not much choice. The main lamp in our bedroom was positioned so you could not avoid hitting your head on it. Parking very limited.

We enjoyed staying in our room with balcony and sea view. the Spa facilities were used daily, including the outdoor jacuzzi and the steam/sauna rooms. The pool with jacuzzi and waterfalls was the main attraction. Everywhere was regularly cleaned and maintained.
It was sometimes difficult to take a swim in the regular 'exercise' pool as classes were often underway. The room I shared with a friend could have been a little larger but was perfectly adequate for a week's stay.

Hotel close to all amenities
My stay was short so did not use Spa and pool as weather was excellent for bike hire.

very welcoming and offered what I was looking for
as a vegan traveller France isn’t the best, however the barman was very kind and found me gorgeous croutons with tasty seaweed. The wellness breakfast was good enough

Location
Thé room with sea view was next to the laundry and kitchen which was noisy.

location
the pool area was rather dated and the windows need replacing as the seal has gone.

Amazing location next to the seafront with great spa facilities (a swimming pool for doing lengths, another for relaxing, a steam room, sauna and salt cave) and 2 outdoor jacuzzis overlooking the Ile de Batz. Only a short walk to restaurants and cafes in Roscoff and right next door to a nice creperie (Le billig de la plage).
We did not know that we needed to bring flip flops and a swimming hat to use the spa facilities so needed to buy them in the hotel boutique which was quite expensive and an unexpected cost.

Location is amazing, we made our own meal arrangements, easy walk into town centre for variety of cafes, restaurants and shops . Pools and steam/sauna excellent.
Pity we couldn’t book an evening meal, always fully booked but it didn’t detract from the overall experience

Breakfast was great; really lovely staff; great views and absolutely super location. It’s a haven.
The shower taps were faulty (in one room only). The wind blew through the air vent all night and was noisy (in one room only).

The hotel is very well located. The room is nice and clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The staff friendly. The Thalasso was bigger than expected. The late check out we really appreciated
The parking situation could have been better

The view was beautiful .Drinks expensive but good. Room beautiful and very large.
To use the pool I was told to buy flip flops and a swim hat As the hotel shop was the only source this was an extra charge of £10 of more. I considered this excessive and chose not to use the facilities. All the treatments were very
expensive.
We found there was no parking on site and extra was being charged for off site parking a distance away .We struggled through the housing estate. The garden view was the hotel next door and a sports field.

Breakfast was good but items did run out and were not replaced.
Nice location and views.
Bedrooms were very small and lacked comfortable seating.
No towel change over the 3 night stay.
Rules regarding the wearing of swim caps in the spa prohibited us from using the facility and we had chosen the hotel for its spa.

The hotel is very well appointed and the room very comfortable and of course the Spa was simply fantastic. If you were staying more than 1 night it would feel very special indeed.
The standard check in is 4pm, which if you are on a lunchtime ferry the next day makes it tight to get the most out of your stay. Our room was not ready at 1610 so they put us into a different room. If we were travelling the same time this would make me think again about staying here.
The quality of the breakfast was fine but the 2 staff were run off their feet and there were times where you were waiting for a cup or maybe the croissants etc. If the breakfast is always this busy the hotel should provide more staff - those there were brilliant but facing an uphill challenge keeping up.
