Location was perfect for exploring the City
VERY hot in room & bathroom
4.1
Room was spotless and very spacious. Location was perfect as very close to theatre. Staff very helpful and greeted us with a very friendly smile. Also on checkout the Receptionist gave us information on car parking facility at hotel which is a bonus and has made us more inclined to stay again.
Lift a bit slow but not really a big issue for us.
4.1
Perfect location for going round the city centre, staff were brilliant, room was cleaned daily, bed very comfortable and room was lovely.
Nothing I didn't like!

Very close to train station and city centre.Room basic but comfortable.Had a nice meal in resturant
4.1

The hotel was located next to a train station which was convenient. This is an older hotel but was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay here. I would stay again.
We had problems with the toilet flushing but it was taken care of in a timely manner.

Parkplatz am Haus. Sehr freundliches Personal. Klassisches „old School“ Hotel mit gewissem Charme. Sensationelle Lage um Liverpool kennen zu lernen!

Breakfast very good.
Sometimes not very hot.

Ça m'a attristée. .

Excellent location, spacious rooms and free parking.
Really good value and easy to access Liverpool centre.
There was a restaurant and bar on site but we opted to walk into Liverpool during our stay.
Would definitely book again if visiting Liverpool in the future.
We had to move rooms as our first room had a vomit left by the previous resident on the floor. The reception team were really apologetic and upgraded the room so we could check back in by lunchtime.

The location was very good for exploring the city centre.
The bedrooms were very dated, and nothing like the rooms advertised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room was not as clean as I would have liked. However, as we were just using this as a base for a night in Liverpool I saw little point in complaining. If staying here I would request not having a room facing the train station as you can here the announcements from 5.30am.

Location very central. Easy walking distance to centre.
Tannoy from Lime Street Railway Station could be heard despite windows being shut.

Excellent location! Staff very welcoming and efficient. VFM
There was nowhere to sit and have a coffee or a gin, on arrival and after returning from the Empire across the road at 10-15pm.
The bar's hours were limited
4.1
Friendly staff, room decor, and the provision of Gluten free options at breakfast. Also alongside biscuits in the room a Gluten free cake bar.
There was nothing we didnt like.

A bit noisy on our side of the hotel with announcements from the train station 🤔

I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the hotel overall. We needed a quiet place to lay our heads during the madness of Eurovision and the Liner was perfect. The bed was comfortable, room quiet and the staff were amazingly friendly. I really couldn't fault it.

Super clean and very comfortable beds. We loved the ship theme!
Nothing, it was all great! Some areas could go with being redecorated but this didn’t matter as it’s so nice and clean
