DISSAPOINTING BUT THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL!

BROKEN SECURITY CORD ON WINDOW 4 BEDROOM LIGHTS NOT WORKING NO HOT WATER IN THE EVENING NAILS IN THE DOOR USED AS TOWEL HOLDERS NO BAR OR RESTAURANT AVAILABLE

Great cheap Gatwick accommodation.

Cheap satisfactory accommodation close to Gatwick. A little tired and the grounds are a bit scruffy but they have a Gatwick shuttle bus every 30 mins for £5 a person! Holiday parking also available at £10 per day.

A lift would have been good.

Great for the price and close to airport

Comfy bed and great shower, our room was larger than expected and the bathroom was great. 10 minute drive to the airport which is what we stayed for.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower only hand gel which was strange.

Reasonable, just being turned into a refugee centre, so take it off your website please

Restaurant, not like it used to be, had to seat in bar area, very basic meun, not like the last time we visited & for the past 17 years of coming

great location , not the greatest

really close to the airport to park the next day

wasn’t that clean, long brown hairs on the bathroom wall, the towels had stains on . the beds were really hard and the pillows really thin. the windows weren’t sealed properly and the traffic could be heard

Nosy, cold, disturbed sleep, unexpected and expensive car parking fee not on prebooking info. Avoid

Was handy location for my work

Car park fee £17 per day was not on booking info. Room had no heating and was quite cold. Room serviced each day which was not needed. New towels each day were not necessary. Disturbed sleep each night due to selfish noisy guests leaving in early hours each day.

close to the airport, quick transfer and collection. Clean, comfortable place. super helpful with transfer back to the airport to catch a train

Good start to our holiday

Easy check in. Handy airport shuttle. Nice bar. Food was ok.

Seemed like a long wait for shuttle coming home. They wouldn't come until we were at the bus stop.

Perfect hotel located in easy reach of Gatwick Airport

we booked this hotel with parking for a stopover before flying from Gatwick and again on the way home. We would definately stay here here again

location to LGW, bathroom very smart, comfortable bed , sheets were very clean! lady that collected us at almost 2am was exceptionally nice!

bedrooms themselves dated and blanket on bed was torn, and bedcover a bit stained
