Hotelli lähellä Messukeskusta.

Aamiainen oli erinomainen,monipuolinen.Kiitos.

Emme pitäneet siitä,että puhuimme receptionissa tullessamme heti (tietenkin) suomea,mutta receptionin mies-sekä naispuoliset työntekijät puhuivat englantia meille. Olemme suomalaisia asiakkaita Suomessa ja silloin palvellaan suomenkielellä. Yksi tai kaksi sanaa suomenkieltä kumpainenkin osasi,joten asiat saatiin hoidettua. Toinen huoneen avainkorteista jäi lataamatta,joten puoliso joutui menemään uudelleen receptioniin. Asia hoitui jotenkin. Tästä palvelusta ei jäänyt hyvä mieli.

Hyvä sijainti, tarkkuutta respaan

Puuro oli maittavaa, huone oli siisti, hotelli hyvällä paikalla.... hyvät yhteydet juna-asemalle ja messukeskukseen

Hotelliyöpymisestä laskutettiin väärin ja vielä ei ole tullut korjausta, toki kestänee muutaman päivän ennen kuin näkyy. Korjautin ennenkuin lähdin hotellista, mutta vielä kun poistuin niin minulta koitettiin periä xx€ vaikka se oli juurikin se hyvitettävä summa ??

Miellyttävä majoituskokemus..

Aamiainen oli erinomainen, paljon tuoreita aineksia saatavilla. Hotelli kokonaisuutena on erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä. Majoittumisen syy kaupunkiloma, hotellin sijainti erinomainen kannaltamme. Kaukojunat puolen kilometrin säteellä ja raitiovaunu keskustaan hotellin ovelta. Linnanmäki kävelymatkan päässä.

Iltapalabuffetia toivoisimme, koska matkustamme alaikäisen lapsen kanssa.

Aamiainen oli hyvä kokonaisuus, sijainti erinomainen (pieni parkkihalli) ja kuntosali ihan hyvä ylimmässä kerroksessa.

Ei oikeastaan mitään erikoista moitittavaa, kaikki meni ihan hyvin.

The staff was so nice and helpful during check-in. Good breakfast. The room was spacious and well-cleaned everyday.

Some mother bring their kids(boys) to Women's Sauna which was super uncomfortable. These kids staring at me in changing room as well. After first encounter, I talked with a staff at the reception if it was allowed, and she told me it's not allowed even small kids. I thought some action would be taken like putting notice at the sauna door or something, as there was no written notice. But next day, no action was taken and I encounter different mother with boy in Sauna. This experince just ruined entire stay.

When travelling to Helsinki again this will be my first choice.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful concerning the Helsinki experience, where to eat and how to travel around! The breakfast was very good and the location was perfect (easy access to the city centre by train and in a quiet area). We enjoyed staying here!

Exceptional

Breakfast was fresh and tasty (pastries with blueberries were sooo goood!). The dining area is big and clean. The hotel was quiet and comfy and the staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is located less than 1 hour by walk from the city center and around 30 minutes by walk from Olympic Stadium and a beautiful green area with a lake. If you don't want to walk you have a whole network of public transportation at your disposal a few minutes from the hotel. In the nearby area, you will find a lot of restaurants and coffee shops as well as markets. The room itself was cozy and very clean (including the bathroom). Also quiet.

Great hotel with suitable logistics

The hotel is a 5-min walk to the Pasila railway station - transport takes you anywhere through the city. We used a gym, which was clean and fully equipped with new stuff. Breakfast was exactly the same all three days we stayed though it was good and tasty.
