Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice great location for town and beach.Free parking.
The room was a little bit to small for us we had to move chair into corner to be able to move freely about the room.

Good location
Only had a skylight window that you’d have to be 8ft to look out!

Very friendly staff. Lovely location. Great pool and comfy bed.
The room was a bit small with no view through the window. Unruly children allowed to run and chase each other through different doors throughout the ground floor of the hotel and not controlled by their parents.

Breakfast was OK. Location was OK too
My bathroom wall was mouldy. Also it wasn't what I expected. I was disappointed some bits were acceptable. A few members of staff were nice, some weren't. I finished my holiday in another hotel which was more welcoming. My first meal in the bar area wasn't good it was a cold jacket potato with cheese and beans it had to be reheated. Shame my view was at the back of the property. No sea view and for the cost I felt it wasn't value for money. A coach party - Bridge tournament- was a downer for me, no entertainment, boring, no soul no laughter, atmosphere cold as ice. Saving the day was employee Christine bar employee, she was amazing and helpful for me as a single traveller and haven't been used to staying in a hotel for many years, due to my hidden disabilities I felt a little uncomfortable, but for her, she made me smile. The residents I met in St Annes were exceptional. All kind and caring and very friendly. The hotel was a bit of a let down to be honest. Won't ever go back to stay again.

Location
The fact that the room was nothing atall like the pictures online . The control for the television was filthy . Hair all over the floor behind the door in the bathroom . When using the tap in the sink on the bathroom the back plug would start bringing up water

Loved the very central location and the nice airy reception areas.
Well decorated throughout
Some of the seating in the bar area could do with either cleaning or replacing. Some very grubby chairs. Bit nit picky I know but just my observation.

The staff were very smiley chatty and helpful, the buffet breakfast was tasty and lots of choice.
The room was very dated, the front of the hotel could do with some TLC
The quilt was not a king size only a double and there were no extra blankets in the room.

It’s location,
My single room was located a distance from the main building, down a passage way, very uncomfortable walk there alone in the evening after the entertainment. I feel this was not worthy of the price paid.

My car was damaged in the car park during my stay. The staff on the day were lovely. They informed the owners. The owners however have ignored all my emails! Not very professional. They obviously don’t care.

This hotel coukdnt do enough for the guests, me and my son of 3 were really comfortable here. The food was excellent, the staff made a fuss of my little boy and we had the best trip together. Have enjoyed it that much we are going again before the summer ends..

The breakfast was nice
The evening meal was a little like a canteen, it would be better for people to serve all the food themselves and have a better choice of vegetables.

Location
The arrival as our booking was wrong and was made to feel like we were to blame.. dad had to share with son in double bed when the booking specified 1 child and one adult in room so would have thought this would have been a twin.

Nice fresh rooms, friendly staff, lots of entertainment for children (play room and crafts room), great location just on beach, on site parking, option of family rooms.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and quite short. The floor in the room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was a bit disappointing: very limited bread selection, no cheese, not much in terms of fresh fruit and vegetables and terrible coffee. The bar could have been a bit fresher and lighter and the annoying slot machine seemed unnecessary.

Breakfast very good.
Use of the pool.limited due to swimming lessons taking place.

The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The location was lovely, just behind the Promenade walk.
The towels for the room were forgotten; they took quite some time to arrive when requested.

we liked that the room was a decent size for 4 people. plenty of hanging space for clothes. We liked that the dining room catered for young children. The food has been very nice. The menu is limited but different each day so not an issue. Bar meals were very nice too. Nice size carpark is a big plus. The children really enjoyed having a swim. A visit from the easter bunny was lovely. Our 6yr old grandson has autism and he loved to see the bunny. The little extras we booked for our arrival was very nice too.
There never seemed to be enough room for everybody in the concert room or lounge area. Too many steps to get to our allocated room. Very concerned that the window in our bedroom didn't have any restrictors on it. Not very safe in a family room. We didn't like that the coffee machine was broken and the instant offered wasn't good. The hospitality tray left a lot to be desired. Consisted of a few sachets of instant coffee, a few PG tips tea bags and some sachets of milk. Brown, white sugars and sweetner. No hot chocolate for the kids. As a Deluxe room was booked, I am not surr what the deluxe related too. I would think a small filter coffee machine or Nespresso machine wouldn't be too much to ask for. There was no fridge in the bedroom so I had nowhere to keep my insulin cool.

the fact it was family friendly
I felt there could have been more information in the room about the hotel and facilities and more info given at reception.
