Location, nearby shopping and train station
Better if the bars or drinks open till late.
I like my room and the shower room but only I notice dusty the mirrors and the surfaces in the room. Should hover every time.

Our stay could not have been better. The hotel was easy to locate. The facilities and staff were excellent, and the choice of food and drink were excellent also.
We requested a top floor room facing Farnborough airport, and this was duly allocated on arrival.
The young lady on reception (name not known) could not have been more helpful. It was a great start to our short stay.

Really nice hotel, good size rooms clean and modern. Amazing rain style shower. Evening meal was a little pricey, but good quality. Didn't use the gym and Pool this time but have in the past and they are always very good.
Breakfast however was disappointing, cooked meal were cheap sausages and streaky bacon. Scrambled eggs looked good but actually was pretty bland. With potato slices rather than hash browns which were equally tasteless.
Considering it's a premium hotel the quality and choice was very poor.

I love the location and it was up to standard

OK room, pretty small
Fllor to ceiling glass window, overlooking car park and seating area which was busy. Tnted glass is OK for privacy during the day but not after dark with the lights on unless you close the curtians and lose the little fresh air from the window.
Breakfast was dire, it had been sitting there for ages: cardboard bacon, rubber eggs. Rancid coffee. Cold hard pastries with a sign telling you not to heat them in the toaster conveyor. Loud-ish bar music and Sky muted on the screen... the lowlight was a Tampon advert coming on just as we were eating. Nice.

The location of my room being above the pub garden patio as a lone female late at night was overwhelming

The rooms are good - the breakfast is buffet style and can be a little "dry" - bed very comfortable although this time is was two singles not a double
The food in the bar area is very "Wetherspoon - average pub food" so not overly exciting if youre there for a few days.

Bed was really comfortable. Side table lamps were flickering and was causing me headache. The breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly.

Great facilities at the hotel and really well located for the exhibition centre. Free parking over the weekend.
I was overcharged at the desk for breakfasts, and then the whole amount was charged to my credit card twice (still not resolved). The staff can’t see what’s been charged by the check-in terminal and there’s no receipt of anything until you check-out. The heating / air conditioning in the room didn’t work, and so there was a plug-in electric radiator with a broken stand that hadn’t been electrically safety tested.
