a cozy welcome to sydney cbd.

self serve check in-out was such a great experience with staff monitoring the area for help, although greetings could be friendlier. i stayed here pre-renovation and seeing the difference it was quite litterally a whole other experience. beds were extremely comfortable and room was very cozy.

parking was a bit expensive, i'd like a feature on the check in tablets to view parking lot status and if there were any parks left. my only complaint would be not having access to a microwave in the room.

Great location for all city options.

Property was just near Wynyard station- perfect location if you are flying in to Sydney. Very close to Barangaroo and King Street Wharf for restaurants as well as city retail.

Restaurant downstairs was chaotic and crowded at mealtimes but it is lose to Barangaroo so there are plenty of other options.

Absolutely awesome

The location being a few steps away from Wynyard station and 5mins walk from the bridge street light rail was an added bonus , location and stay was just magic

Very central to city, easy to go places from.

Throughout our stay we struggled to fall asleep due to poor a/c (too hot, not much air coming out)

The location is great. So close to Wynyard station and bus stops.

The glass door to the bathroom. Admittedly it is not plain glass, but it is still a glass door. Ick

Was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway or work trip!

They didn’t supply toiletries like most hotels so I had to go through my luggage to get out the basics.

Nice clean hotel with lovely staff.

Location was really great, right next to the Wynyard station and from Starbucks and other shops too. Property was really clean and the staff are really nice!

Not a lot of options I liked for the foods so I decided on Uber eats

Overall hotel is clean, close to train station and will stay again.

Hotel was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. I find the high pillow comfortable but my partner and a friend thought it was high for them. Maybe have some low pillows also to cater for guests that don't like pillows too high.

A big pot of scrambled eggs which have been sitting on the bench was cold. Also no peppermint tea in rooms.

Nice place but such a bad sleep I soundly book there again

Location, car parking was available.

Pillows were terrible we both had a sore neck and headache the next day. The air con was noisily due to changing fan speeds etc and the adjoining room had very noisy guests arrive at 2.30am slamming the door and laughing/speaking loudly.

Great location, well equipped and friendly staff

It had everything we needed, very well equipped. Across the road from Wynyard Station and walking distance to the Rocks/Circular Quay. Comfortable bed and plenty of room to store our things.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom but that’s a minor thing

Comfy & brilliant!

The staff were all absolutely lovely & very helpful. The self checkin & checkout machines are incredible, makes the processes so seem less & easy. The comfort of the room was also great.

The perfect location and friendly staff.

Located in the perfect location, walking distance to the harbour and right across from a train stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our towels were changed one day but the dirty towels were left in our shower. The room next door put a plate outside their door and it remained there for about 18 hours, even after cleaners had cleaned surrounding room.

Great one night stay when attending Taylor Swifts concert. Great location and perfect for what we needed.

Close to public transport. Staff were incredibly helpful. Bar downstairs was great and buffet breaky had great variety.

The glass see through door into the bathroom. When staying with friends we had to put a towel up to cover the door.

Looks straight into an office. Noisy in the mornign with delivery van reversing in lane The fan in the bathroon leaked stright onto the toilet and when I told reception they said they already knew - so why was I in the room?
