Posizione vicino alla metro. Colazione.

Camera molto piccola matrimoniale due valigie non ci stavano lo spazio molto piccolo, condizionatore molto vecchio faceva rumore tutta la notte, non è possibile cambiare la temperatura se non chiedendo alla reception. La notte devi tenerlo spento per il continuo rumore della ventola . Chiesto di cambiare stanza ma ci è stato detto categoricamente di no che non era possibile! Per non parlare del bagno scomodo e piccolo. Piscina all ultimo piano bella ma senza un controllo entravano anche gente che non era dell hotel è troppo affollata per le dimensioni. Troppe persone dello staff la mattina alla colazione che giravano correndosi dietro : uno vorrebbe stare tranquillo nel momento della colazione non trovarsi il tavolo ripulito quando ti alzi per prendere altro caffè o altro da mangiare e dover riprendere posate piatti ecc ecc ogni volta.

Great place for a couple or a family in perfect location for reaching all famous places of Lisbon.

Comfortable and spacious rooms that can be joined if you book 2 rooms next to each other; very good swimming pool, location close to metro station - excellent connection with the city center and the airport, excellent service at the reception desk.

Breakfast could be improved (sausages were not good, very little vegetables to choose from). Cooked eggs and coffee were very good however.

Excellent

Great location, nice neighbourhood with easy metro access (4 stops) to down town Lisbon. Clean hotel and well appointed. Lovely roof top pool. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The best thing about this Hotel is the people that work there, a very friendly happy team. Have to mention Antonio, what a star!. Our first trip to Lisbon, won't be our last, we will definitely stay here again.

No need for improvement.

Bien dans l’ensemble

Les chambres et la literie sont vraiment top.

La piscine a besoin de rénovations et d’un bon nettoyage. C’est un atout qu’elle soit chauffée, mais sur les toits, exposée en plein soleil avec beaucoup de personnes dedans, l’eau devient vite trouble et trop chaude, laissant des traces jaunâtres sur les bords. Aussi, si comme nous vous aimez tout faire en marchant, sachez que l’hôtel est vraiment excentré. Il est par contre idéalement placé si vous préférez vous déplacer en métro.

Conforto e ótima localização

Excelente localização. Fica na frente de uma estação de metrô (final da linha vermelha e cruzamento com a azul). Quarto confortável. Hotel Bastante agradável.

O café da manhã não variava de um dia para o outro, e as opções eram poucas. Nenhum dia teve pastel de nata, coisa que nunca faltou em Nenhum dos demais hotéis de Portugal que me hospedei. Acho o valor da diária bem elevado.

Cet hôtel pourrait être plus agréable si il y avait quelques ajustement

Juste la rue a traverser pour accéder au métro. Chambre confortable sans plus. Le linge de lit ainsi que les essuies sont changés tous les jours Grand écran TV. La piscine. Vous pouvez laisser vos valises avant et après la remise des clés. La gentillesse du personnel

Très bruyant: - Passage d'avions toutes les 2/3 minutes de 5h à 24h. - Bruits d'eau toute la nuit provenant de la SDB du voisin, nous avons dû acheter des bouchons d'oreilles à la pharmacie. - Petit déjeuner plus ou moins complet mais charcuterie, fromages, croissants et confitures de mauvaise qualité, le café dans le samovar n'est vraiment pas bon. - Pas de plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre, pour un 3 étoiles c'est un minimum. - Les chambres semble propre mais vous n'avez pas intérêt à marcher pieds nus au risque d'avoir la plante des pieds noires. - Le frigo n'est pas fixé, de sorte que chaque fois que vous souhaitez l'ouvrir le frigo entier vient à vous

Amazing hotel!!! Absolutely recommend!

It was a 3star hotel but we felt like being in a 4star hotel! All was so amazing!!! The staff was extremely friendly caring supportive helpful fun entertaining Antonio is thr best barmen ever, thank you again for the drinks!!! :) The pool was amazing too, the water temperature was very nice and not cold, you can even swim in cold weather The room was very clean and comfortable The location of the hotel is very good, It's very central and public transportation can be reached in 2 min. Also the surrounding streets and area are very safe The breakfast was very delicious and all of the staff was extremely friendly and caring!

Good value for money, close to metro for airport and access to town centre. Added bonus of a swimming pool to relax in.

Short and sweet

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with good curtains that blocked the light and represented good value for money.

There was a group of loud/drunk stags by the pool which put me off going for a swim but that is not the hotel's fault per se. I hadn't realised that breakfast was included in the price paid but it was of a poor quality and given all of Lisbon's excellent bakeries I chose not to have it again.

Superb

Really clean facilities, excellent staff service and location. Hotel is located in a superb area to reach all major parts of the city and surrounding areas, alongside containing nice restaurants and shopping areas close by. Value for money is also exceptional.

Breakfast wasn’t good they should have a option without breakfast room,asked for fried eggs told I have to pay,never in 30 years had to pay for fried eggs for breakfast very disappointed.
