Ambiente familiar

Localização excelente, principalmente para quem quer passear a pé, um bom pequeno almoço, decoração pitoresca, com detalhes da zona e com uma loja com diversos produtos locais. Piscina interior e exterior limpas e agradáveis. Hotel sossegado e calmo, parece muito familiar e sentimo-nos/fazem sentir-nos em casa e não apenas mais um cliente.

Pohodlné ubytovanie v príjemnom malom meste.

Veľká pohodlná manželská posteľ, pohodlná prístelka, izba veľká a balkónom, vybavená a čistá kúpeľňa. Vkusne zariadená spoločenská miestnosť a dobre zásobený samoobslužný bar. Čistý bazén.

Je veľká škoda že takýto prevádzkovatelia nie sú v celom Portugalsku.

Accueil parfait, bons conseils… et en français , Nous ne pensions pas acheter nos cadeaux souvenirs à minuit en rentrant du restaurant 😉 Piscine intérieure chauffée grandement appréciable À deux pas du monastère !

An absolute gem.

This was a lovely, clean and comfortable family run hotel. It's clear that the owners take alot of pride in what they offer. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. There is even an area where they highlight the work of local artisans. The restaurant recommendation turned out to be one of the best meals we had during our 3 weeks in Portugal. Overall, the hotel made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Could not have asked for more.

Perfect in every way! Clean, modern, comfortable and so PEACEFULL

Everything was perfect, from the location, 3 min on foot to the city center, bedroom, corridors everything is perfectly clean and very luminous. Thank you also to the entire staff with huge smiles and kindness. Breakfast delicious! Bed compfortable. Very peacefull common room

Really excellent quality from start to finish.

Friendly reception, comfortable and clean room, heated indoor pool, well maintained outdoor pool and very good breakfast. Also booked a massage on site which was very good.

A great place to stay for one or two nights!

Lovely patio with a stunning view over the monastery. The room was spacious enough for a two-night stay and the bed was very comfortable. Exceptionally friendly staff and people we encountered in town! Great place to stay for one or two nights to explore the surroundings.

Although we were not there to watch TV, and understandably we are in a Portuguese country, at least one English TV channel would be nice. Milk in the mini bar fridge would also be appreciated. Breakfast was average, not fantastic, with a bit of limited variety, but also what is expected considering the room rate. Also, really looked forward to a warm indoor pool, which was not as warm as we would have liked.
