Le spa était très bien

Pas de place pour garer ma voiture, quelques éléments du spa ne fonctionnaient pas , la sonorité entre les chambres, nos voisins de chambre ont fait un bruit pas possible ils n ont eu aucun respect pour personne.

Fantástico

A simpatia de todos os funcionários. A disponibilidade de todos. A limpeza diários dos quartos e troca de toalhas. Excelente espaço para a família.

Acho que havia pormenores que podiam ser facilmente resolvidos, como a porta da casa de banho estar danificada devido à água que salta do chuveiro pois a cabina não é fechada, não se percebe. Podiam ter mais tomadas no quarto.

Foi bastante agradável

Pouca escolha especialmente de fruta. A comida quente resume-se a ovos mexidos e salsichas fritas ou grelhadas.

O pequeno almoço poderia ser melhorado. O serviço de Bar também me pareceu muito limitado, tal cimo a ementa de jantar.

Nous avons un très bon séjour.

Accueil et personnel très agréable et disponible. Restaurant très accueillant avec une carte diversifiée , une vue magnifique sur la mer et Nazaré . Je recommande fortement.

La literie pas assez confortable . Et un manque énorme d’ustensiles et batteries de cuisine dans les appartements.

FABULOUS

The view from our terrace was fabulous! We had an apartment, it was quite large and comfortable. The restaurant was superb, and we had dinner there for two nights. By the way, we stayed there 2 nights, not just one. I had made an error and had to book a single night twice.

Nothing could have been better. It was wonderful, the staff was helpful, friendly and very nice.

Total Disappointment

2nd time here and not by choice . Did not like the hotel the first time so booked somewhere else only to be told the evening before arrival that due to a maintenance issue the hotel we had booked had to close and this us the alternative!

Was given the "honeymoon suite" Had we been on honeymoon we would have been devastated. Glass bathroom in the middle of the room, no shower screen so flooded all the time. The blinds around the glass bathroom were broken beyond repair and the room is in general disrepair......old and very tatty Location is miles from anywhere So disappointed totally ruined our time in Nazare.

Enjoyed our short stay in Nazare

Location was good and quite ( better than in downtown in the city if you don't mind a steep downhill walk to the centre) Maybe we were lucky but had no problem finding a nearby (free) parking space.

Our seaview room allowed us to see a glimpse of the see, but not really what we expected. So the price was high compared to what we got. Location is OK, breakfast also OK although confirm what others mentioned - not a single window so not really a place where you want to stay too long (probably on purpose) such a shame on such a nice spot.

Unfriendly at the front desk. A friend that we travelled with booked a hotel room for 3 couples. I didn’t realize this , until the day before our stay. I booked with Booking. Com & therefore paid twice. I am requesting a refund, for the room , as the hotel got paid twice. They would have known this, as our name would have showed up.

Very good

The apartment was nicely renovated and spacious. A small furnished kitchen with some simple kitchenwares thought we didn't use. It has a great view toward ocean/beach side. Great breakfast. Friendly staff at the restaurant and the bar.

location, it’s facilities prompted me booking this trip.

having to pay to use the spa facilities €15 per hour per couple this should be included in the cost, happy to pay for treatments but pool and sauna must be included

we left early

The price and breakfast were good.

The pictures do not represent the rooms well. it is much more run down than shown in the photos. The room felt generally mildewy and overall made me uncomfortable. the staff was nice but not very helpful when we raised concerns about the cleanliness of our room. The location is also not great, it’s hard to get ubers in Nazare so you have to drive to the main part of town you want to be in.

great view on the bay and comfy flats.

The price to pay for the great view is being a bit far from the beaches uphill. Also, since it was low season, the room had probably not been rented and heated for a long time so it was really cold when we checked in. Turns out the heater was not working so we got upgraded to a bigger room since nothing else was available. The original plan of the manager was to offer us extra blankets... LOL But she did not resist for long when we manifested our disagreement to stay in a cold room with the ocean winter humidity in the air.

A bit overpriced and needs renovations

The size of the room was nice and the space was clean. Breakfast had a nice variety.

The hotel needs an upgrade in the spaces and overall remodelling. For a 4 star hotel and the price I was expecting better facilities and overall quality. The staff was friendly and helpful but the experience there was more of a 3 star rather than a 4 star hotel and spa. I think it would benefit greatly of an overall renovation, upgrade to the bedrooms and bathroom and also the common spaces. Felt it was overpriced for what it offered.

worth a visit, away from the hustle and bustle of tourism and with a beautiful view of the village.

Wonderful location on an elevated site overlooking the Nazare. 10 minute quiet walk to the beach. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff.
