Hotel with outdated rooms

Location is perfect. View from a room was nice. Parking garage was OK.

The facilities were quite outdated. The reception and bar is obviously after renovation, but the room was from 1980s. A way from garage to the reception is not clear and not nice at all. This is the first impression you got from this hotel. The second impression is the receptionist who starts telling you stories what he does not like on his job. Wi-fi is not sufficient for working on a laptop.

Osebje absolutno nezaintereserano . dvigalo je zelo zelo slabo se posebej za hotel ki ima ogromno nadstropji. Za hotel z 4imi zvezdicami zelo skromen zajtrk in jedi , ki bi morale biti tople vse hladno. Sobe potrebujejo nujno renovacijo , stare so najmanj 40 let . Tv star 20 let in niti ne dela . Če imaš neke dodatne želje , nič ni bilo mogoče. V baru hotela ni bilo možno konzumirano dati na račun sobe . To se nikjer nisem videl . Nasplosno deluje tako kot da je vodjam hotel pomembno le imeti zelo zelo nizke stroške, vseeno pa zahtevati visoko ceno za sobe in hotel ki tega vredne niso.

Für Kurztrip nach Ljubljana tolle Unterkunft

Super Lage, Innenstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Einrichtung wirkt etwas „ in die Jahre gekommen“, war dennoch alles in Ordnung.

Exclusive room at a correct price

Big and exclusive room with comfy large bed + big extra bed for children. Beautiful view from the 13th floor. Full accessories available in the bathroom. Kind staff, rich breakfast, easy check-in and check-out. Great location: 500 m from city center, playground across the street. We'll return next time.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης με πολύ καλό πρόγευμα

Δεν υπήρχε καλώς φωτισμός στο δωμάτιο.Πέρα από κάτι φωτιστικά στους τοίχους ήταν σκοτεινό δωμάτιο και έπρεπε να μπείς στο μπάνιο που είχε αρκετό φως. Επίσης δεν είχε καθόλου ψυγείο και το νερό μας ήταν ζεστό και ανεμιστήρα μαλλιών δεν είχε το δωμάτιο, ζητήσαμε από το ρεσεψιόν να μας δανείσει

Sehr gut super sauber tolle Lage

Es ist gut gelegen nah am Zentrum und Bahnhof Bushaltestellen in direkter Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch

Eine Einweisung in die Klimaanlage im Zimmer wäre toll gewesen das Personal am Morgen wirkte manchmal etwas unkoordiniert und bisweilen etwas übereifrig

I highly recommend this hotel! Location is much closer to the old city than it appears on the map.

The hotel's parking garage and the proximity to the old city were the reasons we chose this hotel. The cleanliness and style of the hotel was great value for money.

Until we found the translation of the buttons, the elevator was a little tricky to use, as we weren't sure which floor was the reception/lobby.

A fair hotel but not as good as it used to be

The hotel is centrally located and has many facilities available to guests. The bedrooms are a decent size.

I stayed in the hotel a few years ago and the standards have slipped. The hotel is clearly under-staffed. The breakfast room has been reduced in size and can be uncomfortably busy. There are so few staff that tables cannot be cleared quickly and food replenished. The reception area is also understaffed and the staff are not as helpful as one would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Too expensive for partially renovated hotel with terrible breakfast.

Good location, nicely renovated room.

The breakfast was a complete dissapointment and disaster. Overcrowded, not enough tables, a lof of the dirty and no one to clean them in time, not enough food. The water in the shower was almost cold, it didn’t get warmer even if you wait for 5 minutes. Some tiles in the bathroom fell of the wall.

Excellent location, perfect view, big and nice room, friendly attitude We had a small accident with the lift and the staff acted friendly and professional, they compensated us by taking the parking fee. We can only highly recommend this place.

The staff was friendly, the room was convenient and tidy.

The number of seats during breakfast doesn't match the number of people in the hotel. There are constant queues, and the staff is working at a fast pace. I don't understand why such conditions are in place.

Comfortable hotel, great breakfast, delicious breakfast

The breakfast was delicious, so many choices to choose from. The room was well equipped with everything that we needed for a one night stay. The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to Ljubljanica river. The staff was very nice and quick during check-in and check-out. We were very lucky to find a parking spot right in front of the hotel and it was free.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for an incredible price

Excellent value for money. 1km from center. Room was huge. Beds and pillows were comfy. Best of all was the incredible breakfast. Oh and the view of the lightening storm.
