Permite desligar do bulício, cenário tranquilizante

Local isolado e pacífico, jardim bonito com pequenos recantos idílicos. Piscinas com configuração agradável e sempre muito limpas, à exceção de pequenos insectos que, dada a vegetação, é normal encontrar à medida que o dia avança. O hotel está pontuado por móveis dos anos 30 muito bonitos, mas alguns a necessitar de restauro. Pequeno almoço muito bom: compotas biológicas e variedade de oferta. Bom restaurante. Funcionários prestáveis.

Utilização da piscina permitida apenas depois das 10h. Não extensão do pequeno almoço até às 11h. Podiam fornecer saladas também nesta refeição. Relação qualidade/preço do restaurante um pouco elevada

Magical &b soothing to the soul

Everything. This place is wonderful. The Gardens are gorgeous. . The breakfast was exceptional. & the staff were lovely.

Loved the location, pool and food, sadly the beds were old, lumpy and uncomfortable.

Great location, in quiet setting, pretty grounds and pool. Food was superb.

Having requested twin beds as I was travelling with my son, we arrived and were given a double bed!! After asking reception we were told confirmation was only for the room. Not confirmation of twin beds. We were told there was no other room. After 11 hours driving this was not what we wanted to hear. Eventually we were given a twin room. ( so there was one!) The beds were awful. Very old hard and lumpy mattresses that had seen plenty of use. I managed about 2 hours sleep. Which was a disaster as I needed to recuperate. In addition the air con was pathetic and took until 5am to cool the room properly. So. I sleep that night. Expensive to be uncomfortable.

Hotel Fanta Santa is a truly relaxing destination that is somewhat off the beaten path. You won’t regret making the trip

The pool was very beautiful, if a little cold. The restaurant was decent, and eating outside on the deck was a pleasure. The sauna and Turkish bath we’re not very hot, but the weather was quite warm so it didn’t matter that much. All in all a very relaxing stay in a truly beautiful location.

Hotel Fanta Santa is absolutely gorgeous and everyone is wonderful there. that being said the hot spring facility next-door is not something I would recommend to anyone. It is not related to the hotel but it is located next-door and it is one reason that I booked at this hotel – so that I could go to the Hot Springs spa. The thermos de Fonte Santa is an extremely outdated facility. It’s not very clean, it’s not very well organized or managed, and when I was there everyone had Covid.

the lights in the hallway only come on with motion which makes hall creepy and not safe feeling especially for women

staff were so helpful and friendly

Friendly helpful staff, no problem when we asked to change room, was done straight away. Buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Man behind bar was so helpful & told us places to visit in the area. Sat in lovely lounge bar with log burner on with super local pre dinner Douro wine.

rooms ok but felt a bit cool & slightly damp in below ground room but room moved to was perfect.

Great place but not exactly disability friendly

Great staff. Nice restaurant and bar. Very clean. Great pool. Amazing green areas

If you have a disability you can get into the hotel without any problem and reach any floor with an elevator. Getting to the pool is a bit more challenging. Impossible even if you’re on a wheelchair. It is not my case but I still have a disability and it was challenging enough. The gardens are also very nice but don’t forget bug repellent!!

Quiet Place, beautiful setting

I have stayed at this hotel many times along the past twenty years. The hotel has never let me down. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, where people are nice, the rooms are comfortable, the food is good, this is it.

Air conditioning in the room could be a bit stronger.
