Great hotel and location.

Room was clean and what we expected. This was the first time we've two rooms and had no issues with either. Our children enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

There were a few times that we made minor requests and had to follow up as the task hadn't been completed - nothing major and these did not affect our overall experience.

Great value for money.

Location is brilliant, clean large rooms. 2 outdoor pools, restaurant at hotel entrance was good.

Bathrooms are small.

Iszonyat koszos volt minden (ágynemű, törölközők, fürdőszoba). Az első szobában bogarak voltak az ágyban és olyan hangos volt a szoba, hogy muszáj volt szobát váltanunk. A személyzet azonnal reagált ezt ki kell emelni, de a nászutunk utolsó állomását külön ágyas szobában kellett töltenünk, mert nem volt franciaágyas szoba még egy. Nagyon fancy-nek szánták a szobákat, de egyáltalán nem praktikusak a terek és nagyon ráférne egy felújítás a helyre.

Brilliant place to be.

Personally I loved the staff that worked there, always a smile, and always polite. I also loved the breakfast option, the buffet was a great way to start the day. The villa we had was amazing, rooms were still quite warm during night but finally manage to sleep. Location is prime, id happily stay here again and next time we'll bring our kids.

Least thing I like was our bed, looked amazing but was really hard, I was still able to sleep but very sore when I woke up.

Agréable, mais il y a nécessité de réaliser quelques travaux pour être à la hauteur de la gamme de l’hôtel.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner La possibilité d’avoir des chambres avec 4 lits individuels. La proximité de la mer La gentillesse du personnel

Salle de bain avec aucune possibilité de mettre ses serviettes à sécher ou à reposer. De plus une odeur nauséabonde suite à une mauvaise évacuation des eaux. Parasol de la piscine moisis, et matelas de transats usagés.

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de balcon dans la chambre. Et si je devais être tatillon, la propreté de la salle de bain (mais cela reste très correct)

Good hotel for short stay in Kuta Bali

Hotel is in amazing location, close by every thing and infront of public beach. Hotel reception, entrance and service were amazing

Three things we didn’t like: - towels and lenen are so old and smelly even if they change them they are still smelly that in one day we changed 2 times the shower towels and they were still smelly. - room are outdated and not much decoration, very plan room decoration. - the hotel has a restaurant called Papas beach, once we had breakfast was good and once we ordered wood grilled chicken but it was super old and taste bad and they knew about it, so I asked to returned and replaced with pizza.

The staff were very friendly. 😃 Breakfast was good 👍

1. Pool water temperature was hot. Felt like a hot bath without the soap. It wasn’t refreshing at all. 2. I had room 3103. Was kept up all night with something biting my feet in the bed. Left a nasty rash on both feet. 3. The white towels, white face washer, white hand towels and white bathroom mat had dirty stains on them. 4. When the toilet roll ran out I went to replaced it with the spare roll the cleaner put on the back of the toilet, it was all mouldy like it had been sitting there for years. 5. Mozzies mozzies mozzies. Never seen so many mozzies in a motel in 31 years of travelling to Bali. 5. Asked if our Indonesian family could visit us in the motel but visitors aren’t allowed. Took all these issues up with the motel to no avail. Hopefully they will be rectified them in the future so no one else has these issues. I have photos but unfortunately I can’t post them all.

Beautiful relaxing enjoyable time at the resort.

Room was spacious and clean. Room was quiet as it was hidden away from the Main Street. The pool was well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool closes at 7pm so no swimming or relaxing after that time.

Fantastic stay with our family!

It was a great stay! So thankful for the nice and helpful crew. We stayed in a family room with our 2 girls (9y) and it was excellent! Good food, children were invited in the kitchen to make their own pizza and every evening live singer. And when going to bed, so quiet and no musquitos or anything. Super clean and nice smelling. Marvelous pools and gardens. Really loved our stay. Opposite to the beach, fantastic! And they arrange transport within 5min.

Perfect for our needs

Staff at Alamkulkul were excellent and very attentive to any needs. The buffet breakfast is delicious and there are two swimming pools to choose from. While not a "luxury" resort we liked how it tries to give a more authentic balinese feel and we had a lovely two night stay - our shower in our Villa was a particular highlight as it had amazing pressure! It's located across the road from Legian beach and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Overall it was a great spot for our stay in Kuta

Beautiful place to start our Bali holiday.

Big well layer out family room for 4, 2 nice pools, good buffet breakfast.

Pool towels were hard to come by. Breakfast for the children was extra because they were over 12 which wasn’t made clear when booking.

Staff were amazing. The location was great.

The pool made all my kid's hair green. Very green. The breakfast was really expensive but great. Long walk to the rooms at the back of the hotel

Exceptional

Very nice place to stay. Beautiful gardens and the pools were nice. Large rooms and comfortable bed. The pools were nice and all the staff to friendly.

Air-conditioning was a bit smelly. Smelt like dirt. Needed a good clean. It's a very large property and our room was second last from the very back. It was a very long walk to get back out to the main street, especially when you're doing a lot of walking everywhere. The bedding had a strong smell of bleach also.

Nice breakfast and garden, very poor and poorly maintained rooms.

Nice garden facilities. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with an excellent coffee machine. It is served outside on a lovely terrasse.

The room was not clean, very damp (very high humidity), and dark. I could not breathe in the room and ask for a change which was given after 2 days. The second room was slightly better but with similar problems. The mattress smelled awful, it must have been ages old. We were there for work. From 6 persons only one of us had a nice room due to an upgrade (we already didn't book the cheapest rooms!) Very disappointed withe the rooms and the management did not want to help. Internet was extremely weak.

My stay was excellent.

From airport to room , the process went easily. My room was what I expected and the staff friendly and helpful.

All the staff are absolutely amazing. They couldn’t do enough for you. We had breakfast every morning, which was always beautiful and we were greeted with a smile every day.

Great stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location easy to find. Kuta Beach is less than 5 minutes walk. I'm travelling with 3 friends and the hotel provide single bed each in a room. Very convenient. Food are easy to find as there are restaurants and bars along the road.

Bathroom door cannot fully close. Its okay though.

on a busy one way road, to get back to it you are stuck in traffic for quite a while.

Nice relaxing

Room was nice and clean .Pool was clean and well suited for everyone

We where bottom floor as my husband has walking aids .The only problem was we had young children upstairs that we could hear running around .Also we didnt recieve a fruit basket on arrive as did the other guest that we spoke to. Also didnt think that we should have to pay a week before we arrived .
