Nice small hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice location, near the centre but quiet neighborhood.

Nothing. Not a problem for us, but for some people there are a lot of stairs to climb to the rooms.

Top customer experience & location

Everything was amazing. The customer experience exceeded my expectations, as the rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed there. The location is excellent, right next to the old city center.

You could hear the noise from outside, but it was not that disturbing, as the area was a very quiet one.

Lovely!!!

The room and bathroom were big and confortable, cosy and beautiful, the view from the terrace was very nice , the breakfast was satisfied, the staff was very friendly and competent..

It was a little bit difficult to go up by stairs 2 floors with the suitcases.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the city centre, located on a hill so you can enjoy a great view from your room. Medium-size room, very clean and very good facilities. Good breakfast

Great view from the balcony

Very nice room in good place with beautiful furniture and a great view from the balcony to the mountain with the letters Brasov. Walking distance close to the center.

Best place to stay in Brasov

The location is super central (5 mins by walk from old center) in a quiet place with a fantastic view over the mountains & city. From the very first moment when we arrived, the hosts welcomed us and offered to keep our luggage stored until our rooms were cleaned (we arrived earlier than expected). Also, they helped us with advices for renting a car and once we got the car, they did everything to ensure that we have a parking space. I enjoyed very much staying at Casa Cranta, the rooms were very clean and spacious with big windows and beautiful furniture that gave us a cosy feeling. Bathroom clean & shinny, proper towels and cosy bathrobs, also proper heating so even though outside was chilly (October), inside it was nice and warm. I really enjoyed everything about Casa Cranta and I will surely recommend it! Big thank you to the hosts who were always nice and helpful! Multumesc!

Lovely room 5 minutes from the historic centere

The hotel is located on a hill and offers a nice view from the room balcony on the city and surrounding hills. Our room was very spacious consisting of two areas for our double bed and in the living room area was the sleeper couch for our daughter. Nice decorated room with classic touch. Bathroom also quite roomy. Breakfast was nice and very friendly reception staff! Thank you, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel

Great location. breakfast was tastefull, but limited in selection and might get boring after 4 days. The restaurant is small, so might be crowded in season, but there's also a nice outdoor terrace. The furnishing and looks is quite aristocratic/decadent, but it's not a 4 star experience. Definitelly better than 3 stars, but the price difference makes value for money not so great. Staff was always helpfull, but on friday/saturday evenings they prioritized external guests in resturant over the hotel guests. Overall we were satisfied with cleanliness, staff, wifi, heating compared to other hotels during our visit in Romania

Great location, we will definitely come back.

Great customer service, loved the staff. Location is amazing ,old villa in centre of Brasov with spectacular views and fabulous terrace/garden. Room a bit small, but clean and nicely decorated.

The AC underperformed, was a very hot day and we had the room at the 3rd floor (the last one ) so it would take 5-6 hours to cool off the room to out liking.

A clean hotel, close to the Old City.Complimentary bottles of water and cleaning services every day .Helpful staff.

No elevator to the upper floors, no kettle in the room.Breakfast is not bad, but exactly the same and lacks fruit.It would be great to have more salads offered.

The suite we had was very nice and modern. The view is incredible and the food at the restaurant very good.

The room’s windows do not close properly and there can be noise from the restaurant terace.
