Room was clean (cleaned every day) and beds were comfortable. Room size was OK. Swimming pool was good though a little more shade could help on a really warm and sunny day.
Some kitchenette facility in the room (especially in a family room) would be a good addition to have. There was a good size fridge in the room, however, a microwave would have been good.

Overall I was Happy with my stay at the Contour Hotel.
Pool was okay but needed to be cleaned.
Would of Love to have Breakfast with my Family but Breakfast Buffet wasn't open.
BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS CLOSED. 😔😪
INTERNET WASNT WORKING.😭😫😩😢😥😤
I'm a local so I need my Breakfast and Internet, as I probably speak for all people who live and move around small towns.

The ease of checking in after hours
There was two Indigenous people drinking and fighting up the end of where I was staying. I was in a Room by myself and felt a little uneasy

This is a large complex. parking is a little odd, 3 parking spaces in front of 4 rooms - last home parks elsewhere.
the room was nice and comfortable.
The complex is secured via Gate after 7:30 or 8pm
Bathroom - why do we still have shower curtains these days - seems like when the renovated they forgot the bathroom

The location is ideal and such a lovely restaurant was a bonus.
Nothing.

I have stayed at the Contour on several occasions, mainly when on business. It is well set up for the solo business traveller, with clean and comfortable rooms and an excellent restaurant. It is conveniently situated close to where I attend my business meetings.
Some of the rooms are looking a bit tired these days. I understand a makeover is planned.

Nothing to say here
The room was very dated and unclean there was a full rubbish bag left sitting on a chair outside our room.
For the price we payed the room was very disappointing

The Bed was very comfortable and the Night Manager was excellent in letting us in
The Face Cloth and Hand towel in our room was dirty and so was the Shower. The Pillows were very big, so you got a sore neck. The Outside light shone in to the Room and The Fan made noises
7.0
the bed was nice and comfy. the restaurant was awesome

good rooms, comfortable, clean, cold beer after a long drive was nice
Check in was challenging, phone ran out a few times, no buzzer on gate(understand it would probably get stolen being Katherine)
I had to wait until someone drove out, then snuck in.
no after hours check in instructions given.
bar manager tried to help, got hold of manager and was sorted.
Manager was really friendly and pleasant and helpful.
I could see she was so busy, so not a reflection on the team at all. will stay again, always going through
got sorted quick and no complaints at all.
