Wish I knew they were renovating

Location is great

They were renovating so the lobby and all restaurants was closed. Strong smell of paint Entrance was closed and had to walk passed the pool where tiles are very slippery near fell every time we walked the route

Look around before you settle!

Location is great, the pool was not bad

At check-in the machine that activates the room cards was not working and I had to wait. I found hair in the room, they need to do better on vacuum, though the bed sheets where clean.

Great Customer Service.

I like how the staff assist me all through out my stay. This guy in the front desk name Achraf if I'm not mistaken gives excellent customer service. He is very approachable and accommodating. My buffet breakfast was really good, overall it's superb for me.

Only one thing I don't like my room don't have bath tub. and that's what I am looking first when I'm stay in the hotel.

Nie wieder!

Die Nähe zum Flughafen

Das Zimmer roch muffig und man hat versucht, dies mit einem heftigen Duftstoff zu maskieren. In der Dusche war an vielen Stellen Schimmel zu sehen und das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen nicht sauber. Der Mann an der Rezeption schein mit seiner Aufgabe sehr überfordert und, auf unsere Frage, wann der Shuttle fahren würde, sagte, wir sollten lieber ein Taxi nehmen. Ausserdem wimmelte es überall im Erdgeschoss von Schulgruppen, die der Aufenthalt durch ihren Lärm auch nicht besser gemacht haben.

Tolles und ruhiges Hotel auf Yas Island

Toll eingerichtetes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmer. Tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück Buffet Großes und gut ausgestattes Gym. nah am Flughafen dennoch ruhige Lage Nicht weit zu den Theme Parks (Ferrari World etc)

Pool wird bis Mitte Januar restauriert. Man kann aber den Pool des Rotana Hotels was gegenüberliegt mit nutzen - am besten morgens bis Mittags da ist die Sonne noch nicht hinterm Gebäude verschwunden. Shuttle Service zum Yas Beach wird gestellt, kann man aber in 10 Gehminuten selber erreichen. Sonst was alles zur besten Zufriedenheit

A very enjoyable stay

Quite close to the airport. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Pool area is lovely and well monitored. Breakfast was great-lots of choice and very tasty.

Air con cannot be controlled within the room which meant that at times it was a little too cool.

where should I start !!! On arrival, the room had a mold smell we changed to another room, the same issue. TV was not working, the room had no cold water not to mention the faucet was wiggly. On day 2, the ceiling started dripping and basically raining in our room we had workers coming to check our room at 11 PM. I had to change hotel in the middle of the night.

Very low shower water pressure. Bathroom door doesn't shut properly. Not enough breakfast options and the egg station chef always on hurry and doesn't know how to prepare eggs as per requests

room was not cleaned properly. was a fly inside the room and The toilet smelled. I called dine in room service for a dinner, i they said it will take only 20 mins to deliver , and i waited for almost one hour , then i called them back , and the surprised they forgot to take my order ! and they just say sorry !!
