Très bon sejour

Grande chambre très confortable Petit-déjeuner buffet très complet

Les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien (ou je m'y suis très mal prise) La salle de bain est un peu petite

De locatie was perfect en de kamer leuk en comfortabel. Parkeergarage op steenworp afstand

Eigenlijk viel niets ons tegen. De straat was opgebroken vanwege werkzaamheden maar daar kon t hotel niets aan doen

Secure location close to all London sites

We loved our cosy clean convenient secure apartment. Close to the station, we became masters of the underground. The apartment was everything our hosts said and more. If we had a querie our hosts endeavoured to solve it. Superb

There was a difficulty with the gps location with uber, but we should have just got the train which was plan B. Not the hosts fault

Hôtel rénové mais pas à la hauteur de sa promesse « happy ».

L’emplacement. « Open bar » pour l’eau à l’accueil. Le côté cosy de la salle petit déjeuner.

Le bruit du couloir dû au fait que la porte de la chambre est mal isolé. Ascenseur fatigué (Claustrophobe s’abstenir) Accueil, ambiance qui n’a rien de Happy…

Location next to the train station and old city centre, friendly and welcoming staff, reception services providing complimentary coffee and water, and hotel interiors in general.

Squeezed toilet basin and shower. Our double room was too tight for two people with two pieces of luggage.

It also has a little poster of city attractions that are worth visiting. Personally I have found a Stanislas square post

The location, design of the room and the hotel have beautiful and cosy color shades. It’s not too extreme and not too ordinary. Perfect combo of yellow shades with a dark grey ones make you feel like you are in a sunny room even in the evening time. I like those little retro French pictures all over the place. Vintage mirrors also give the hotel certain charm. Despite the walls are a bit thin, but still the location and hospitality of the staff wins. If you want a quick and comfortable stay in Nancy I highly recommend this one. PS also it has an elevator and free coffee spot near reception area.

Location is in the center, walking distance to restaurant shops and touristic places. Breakfast is good. Clean bedsheets comfortable big bed and clean bathroom. Good for couples.

It was okay

The hotel is right next to the station. The staff is very friendly. The decoration was nice. The room in itself was spacious.

The bathroom and toilets were separated and both extremely small. It was complicated to get hot water from the shower. The room was way too hot and there was no way to control the temperature except opening the window.

Stopped for one night on our way home and was really suprised with this hotel. Will book again well

WOW. Not what we expected. First impressions were "what have we booked" Once inside it was just great. From the moment we checked in, close to the city center to when we checked out the next day ready for the rest of our jouney home refreshed.

Having to find a public car park 10 minutes walk away but not really a moan as the hotel is right in the middle of everything.

Very central location, nice and clean room

I made the reservation with a card and my money were blocked. When I arrived at the reception I was asked to pay again. When I tell them that I already have money blocked they told me that it is a different thing and my money will be declined after the chek out. So...I payd the room and in the same time I have the same amount of money blocked (waiting for the hotel to accept them) Now its been a few days and our money are still blocked... It is a weird sistem where you pay 2 times...and have no guarentee that you will get your money back ( they can always accept my second transaction)....

It was very hot in our room and noisy from being on the Main Street side with windows open. Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra
