Great location. Main building was lovely. Breakfast was very good
Grounds not the best considering location. Rooms not in main building felt like a conference centre.
Bath plug broken, connecting doors opened on arrival. No bottled water. Not what you expect for the price paid.
No table for dinner available despite staying in hotel at first, then offered a table at 9.30 with free desert for the inconvenience. Discovered on paying the bill the free desert had been the pre-desert of a pallet cleanser.

Herrliches Hotel am Park des Schlosses von Versailles nur wenige fussminuten entfernt vom Eingang zum Schloss- tolles Zimmer mit Blick zum Schloss👍herrliche Betten, sauber, tolles Ambiente- schicke Bäder , tolle Restaurants , Garage am Hotel, ein Traum für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Hotel ..
Zuerst ein Zimmer im benachbarten Pavillon erhalten - das war kein Vergleich zum Haupthaus wo wir dann nach einem Upgrade unterkamen - herrlich

Ontvangst was ok en concierge doet zijn uiterste best.
De kamer is afgeleefd en heeft opfrissing nodig.
De ingebouwde kleerkast is vuil en de deuren sluiten zelfs niet meer.
De bar sloot al om 23h op zaterdagavond.
Beide restaurants getest. Zowel Veranda als Gordon Ramsey is een fabriek waar je zo snel mogelijk buiten moet.
We hebben uitdrukkelijk gevraagd om de nodige tijd te laten tussen de gerechten maar toch bleven de gerechten om de 10 minuten komen. Beide restaurants met indigestie verlaten.
Voor een rekening van 250 € per persoon op restaurant verwachten we iets anders.

Les chambres du pavillon du Trianon sont décevantes. Déco "has been", moquette au sol alors que les chambres de standing ont moins en moins de moquette aujourd'hui. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre pour une chambre sans moquette mais il n'y en avait pas.
La brasserie de la Véranda est également très décevante. Si le personnel est aux petits soins, les plats proposés sont peu élaborés et chers pour ce qui est proposé.

Beautiful hotel, in a perfect location with amazing staff and facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The La VĂ©randa restaurant was great, fast service and gorgeous food. Very easy access being next door to Versailles chateau and gardens.

Everything was fantastic
We had one well dressed older looking male staff member on our day of checkout treat is like we were not worth his time to serve us ! He was ride and looked down on us like we were lower class and shouldn’t be there.
I put a complaint in and got back we are sorry to hear this and that was it.
This man ruined our whole experience.

Je suis revenue en chambre à 17h 30 et la chambre n'avait pas encore était faite (poubelle au milieu de la chambre, non vidée, lit grand ouvert,)-
Pas de pantoufle en chambre pour aller Ă la piscine
A mon arrivée, j'ai trouvé un long cheveu blond sur les serviettes
Papier WC de piètre qualité
Service en chambre défaillant par rapport au nombre d'étoiles et au tarif de l'hôtel.

Our overall experience was excellent as detailed within our other responses. The staff, the service, the location, the spa etc.. were all excellent as indeed was the peaceful environment.
We thought the Concierge could be more informative when visiting versailles Palace for the first time as it can be quite confusing regarding queuing and timings. We did not dine in either of the restaurants in the evening as we thought the fare was quite limited.

Rooms were so spacious, we had interconnecting rooms , the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The location was great however little hard to get to with public transport. we had a lot of walking to do from the train station. We ventured into town for dinner and managed to find a lovely restaurant.
everything was great. only thing we didn't like was the shaky lift down to the swimming pool. we decided to use the stairs instead which was fine.

Literally next to the Palace of Versailles ..
Entrance Hall was stunning.
Food was incredible
Breakfast was amazing
And staff were welcoming and attentive
Our room was completely fine.
Comfortable and quiet.
Shower over bath rather than separate.
Room was hot so kept window open overnight.. beware we got bitten by Mosquitoes.. i woke up on Saturday morning with 11 bites ( not the hotels fault just letting know )

Très proche de Versailles, cadre magnifique, ça fait un petit château. Chambre bien entretenue, rien changé depuis ma dernière visite qu’il y a 5 ans, service chambre top, piscine même bien équipé pour les petits nageurs. Réception et consignes très pro. Bar sympathique et serveur très compréhensif pour les enfants.
Accueil de restaurant est un peu froid par rapport les autres services.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria was perfection, everything form the room the the facilities to the onsite restaurants. it was just beautiful.
I wish there was a car or shuttle service from either the Versailles palace or the local train station, because it was a bit challenging to get to. Booking a cab was so difficult because there were none available a the time we called, and after a full day walking around the palace we were just exhausted and wanted to rest.

Good size room and large bathroom. Lovely bedding and comfortable mattress. Quiet. Food very good at both restaurants. Pleasing bedroom decor. Good breakfast buffet. Very convenient for entrance to Versailles Palace.
I know we booked the 4 star Pavillion wing but the corridors were bland and uninviting without ornaments or flowers. Also the Pavillion is for corporate events and feels businessey rather than a holiday or weekend break venue. It could do both. There should be a smart, casual dress code for users of the La Veranda restaurant, a large corporate group dined in the restaurant in shorts, T shirts and jeans ; just because the business is paying doesn’t mean you shouldn’t respect the other restaurant diners.

Spa needs total refurb.
Should ensure space for guests to eat dinner.
