Perfect spot in Nice

The staff were so helpful and welcoming, and the location was 10/10. It is a 2 star hotel so don't expect luxury (that lift is super small!) but we had a wonderful stay. If you get the terrace room would recommend having their breakfast on there it was lovely :) Thanks a lot

Mis espectativas eran mayores!

La ubicación esta directamente en la peatonal

El hotel es accesible con un elevador de 1metro cuadrado Muy chico y con valija casi imposible de utilizar. La habitación es muy simple y en general el edificio antiguo necesita ser restaurado El precio es demasiado alto para lo que se ofrece! No puede contar la buena ubicacion! Y sin el muy amable personal no me hubiese quedado.

Belebte Straße, sauberes und freundliches Hotel

Sehr gute Lage inmitten der Essensstraße. Dennoch war unser Zimmer ruhig, da die geschlossenen Fenster gut schallgeschützt waren. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns gute Ausflugtipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben.

The hotel is not good value for money.

The hotel beds were comfortable, much better than 4 star hotels, location was perfect. Near the beach just 2 minutes.

The elevator doesn’t work good, be careful I got trapped in the elevator for 30 minutes and fortunately the staff could contact elevator service man immediately.

Excellent location, great value. Highly recommended

Location is excellent. Close to lots of restaurants, the promenade and only 5 mins walk from the airport tram stop. Lovely balcony - nice to be able to sit peacefully and enjoy the view. Although it is in the heart of a restaurant area we didn’t notice any late night noise. Overall it was much better than I expected and I would definitely stay here again.

It’s on the fourth floor with only a tiny lift.

Great location & friendly staff!

Warm and welcoming staff! The room was tidy and we had a lovely balcony with a nice view of the streets etc. Shower was great, bed was super comfortable! They provided us with fresh towels each day.

Wifi would drop out quite a bit, power points next to the beds would make it easier but not a big deal! The smell downstairs in the front entrance is bad, be prepared to hold your nose!

Great location, comfortable room (could do with slight upgrading), and helpful friendly staff.

Location was fantastic and we had a nice big balcony.

This hotel is on the 4th floor of an apartment building and it looks like you are entering a private apartment block - you need to buzz to get reception to let you in. Unfortunately receptionist had popped out for 10 minutes when we arrived and we were left confused & wondering if we were in the correct place. The entrance hallway is a bit grubby & smelly and the lift is tiny - 2 people or 1 person plus luggage, and it broke down for 2 days during our stay.

Perfect location, close to everything: 3 min to the beach, around 7 min to the Massena square. Clean room and amazing customer service :)

Could be noisy at night, 2 of 3 times I woke up in the middle of the night night due to the noise from the street, also the pillows were uncomfortable

Have a beautiful breakfast on the balcony!

The hotel is smack in the middle of town, so easy to reach and easy to start your day. The breakfast on the balcony was our favourite aspect, really recommended. Also the bathroom was good, the water runs very hot! Lastly, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was noisy both from other guests (got woken up at 5 am from someone loudly entering their room), and the balcony door didn't insulate well, so on Saturday night we had music fairly loudly in our room. Perhaps not an issue if you wanna party yourself, but yeah...

Lovely stay close to the beach and restaurants.

The location is really good, all the restaurants and the beach are very close by. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served to your room, it was simple but tasted good. I also loved the fact that there was enough coffee (three/four cups) because I love to start my day by sipping coffee at least for an hour in the morning. Room was also nice and clean and the terrace was lovely.

It can get a little noisy on the weekend because there are restaurants on the street. The hotel is located in 4th floor and the elevator is very small (max 2 person or 1 person and luggage) and clearly old. For me this wasn't really a problem since I'm scared of elevators and very much used to walking stairs. But for someone older/bad legs/small children it could be a bit difficult.
