Hôtel que je recommande

calme, équipement complet propreté de la chambre. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner. personnel gentil et compétent.

A éviter Trop cher pour les prestations proposées

Le confort des lits

pas de prise de courant a côté du lit, pas de tablette a côté du lit pour y poser tél. Trop bruyant réveillé à 6h58. Plus de viennoiserie a 9h, il a fallu attendre 20mn pour n avoir que des croissants décongelés. Salle de bain vraiment petite.

Très bien néanmoins ménage à revoir

Accueil chaleureux avec les explications nécessaires. Un grand lit avec une vraie salle de bain nous attendais. Le +, un parking disponible.

Le - , le nettoyage de la chambre n'était pas impeccable et le lendemain matin on pouvait rendre les clés à 11h néanmoins la femme de ménage est venue nous réveiller à 9h.

The room felt like a prison cell but the breakfast was very good

Great staff, so helpful. We were cycling and they locked our bikes inside a room.

Perfect base for tours and visits in Normandy.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable and good value for money. Great location for exploring the area.

Ok but somr small things could make a hugrs improvement.

The room and bathroom were clean and adequate.

Bathroom was small difficult to move around. Only one average size bath towel per person. No hand towel and not of good quality. Bar non existent. Staff did not know what drinks they had. Eventually found some gin but no tonic. Needs a well sticked bar. Restaurant. Starters and desert good. But NOT ACCEPTABLE ti keep thmain courses hot. We went in at 7.30 so eating main meal about 8pm food had been kept hot for over 30 mins. Others came in at 9pm and same tray of hot food given to them. Just not acceptable. Main meat course not good at all. There was a noise in the restaurant like a very noisy dishwasher kept coming on and off. Totally destroyed the atmosphere. Staff did not clear plates away and were not in evidence for 95%of the time. Not impressed. 11

Very disappointed

The one member of staff who was our only contact was very helpful but was not able to provide a good stay - not his fault - constant problems with digital room door key and no restaurant facilities for an evening meal although the hotel particulars indicated that food would be available in the restaurant.

No Chef to provide food during the evening we arrived

I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The buffet for breakfast was good.

The room was dusty and smelt musty. The bathroom was not in a good condition. The corridor was very echoey.

I would not stay there again due to the room size, too small even for a couple.

The food was reasonable for this kind of accommodation.

The rooms are very small, the wall are very thin and you could hear people running up and down the corridors, opening and closing the doors all night. There is no staff attendance after 11pm so now one to complain to. The hot breakfast was not to any standard for any accommodation.

Just outside Caen

The location and parking were great as we have a campervan, so didn't have to worry about height restrictions.

The room was quite small, but was adequate for one night. Also the floor could have been vaccumed.
