On reviendra

Some staff are friendly
Some staff are not friendly, rooms are small, tv doesn’t work, bed is not confortable, it is a convertible bed.. so it makes noise and sounds if anyone moves. Bath tub drain doesn’t work. Wi-Fi was not working for the entire stay duration(4 days) and when asked about it, the staff sounded as so what? Not expected, poor experience. Never booking it again

Friendly staff, The 2 bed Apartment was a good size for myself, partner and Children.
Not having room service or at least access to fresh towels, toilet tissue ect. You have to pay extra for this service if staying under a week.

We have no complaints

Good location near restaurants & shops.
They charge me €75 for early check in on top of the 3 nights charge.
They never clean nor change my bedsheets &the towels for all my 3 days stay.
I ask if I could check out at 12 instead 11 because my train is at 1pm...
They refused.
Very bad.
I will never go back and do not recommend someone.
Very bad experience.

location is good, near Metro & Bus station
nice equipment for Brita sparkling water
convenient kitchen to use
I'm sorry that I have many bad experiences to share...
1. No daily room clean up service
2. Bathroom drainage is poor
3. The metal edges of the bed are exposed, making easy to get injured
4. The bed is uncomfortable and the cotton blanket is discolored
5. Breakfast is too simple and insufficient
* During the stay, the fire alarmed at one night, it seems alarm is functioning, not sure it can be seen as an advantage or disadvantage...

Great location in the heart of Bercy Village. Easy to access facilities and ease of transport was ideal. Common areas were clean and welcoming, with great atmosphere and excellent ambiance. Very clean.
The air conditioning in the hotel was broken. For over $350 per night, I expect air conditioning to function, especially in over 25 degree C weather. It was a miserable experience to sleep in complete sweat.

Other days we ate out but other people were having breakfast ,

The staff was relatively nice, the bed was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The sound isolation was good, we never heard our neighbors. It's a 1 minute walk to Bercy Village, where you can shop at Carrefour or have dinner out. Very quiet neighborhood.
Cleanliness was not the best, there was a twix bar paper under the bed, which immediately left us unsure of how clean everything else was. Sure enough, there was dirt and weird stains everywhere except the bed. We joked that we should check the mattress under the sheets, but we decided that ignorance was bliss. The spatula had some weird stains on it, so we had to pre-wash everything we used in the kitchen to be able to use it comfortably. Rooms are a lot smaller than they look in the pictures, we barely had space for our luggage and we only had 2 carry-ons. The corridors of the hotel are worn down and dirty. When we first arrived, they gave us a room where the fridge was broken. They changed us to a new room, but in it the air conditioning was broken... mind you it was quite hot in Paris during our stay. There was only one chair in the room, so to eat we had to take turns sitting on the chair. The metro was closed most of the time, which is not the hotel's fault, but still an inconvenience. Poor wifi. Staff does not clean the rooms, which we had no idea about. They charge extra for cleaning, which is the first time I have ever heard of this in a hotel... If I wanted an airbnb I would have booked one. The power outlets were hanging from the walls, it felt unsafe to use them. How is this 4 stars? For the price, definitely not worth it!

Hotel close to subway 14 that connects to several other lines. Bakeries, restaurants, supermarket very close. Room with good heating, good shower, spacious, with all kitchen utensils. Easy check in and check out. very good.
there is no room service every day. I think you have to apply. I didn't apply so I'm not sure.

Great location, Great train/tube/buses connections. Very easy to get to the property by public transport.
Hotel very central and close to all the main touristic attractions. A lot of bars, restaurants and a cinema nearby. Also have a small supermarket and a bakery within minutes. You have a shopping centre within 10 minutes on a bus ride if you need a bigger supermarket.
Room size is ok. Beds were very comfortable.
Laundry room and free WIFI access was a plus. Staff was pleasant and accommodating for the most part except for one person on the night shift who had a bit of smart mouth on our 3rd night for no reason. I only asked for towels and was aware I had to pay for it so not sure what his problem was. Thank god his colleague was very helpful and showed me how to use the washing machine in the laundry room.
The main issue was the lack of cleanliness. The room was dusty and the walls had stains . The walls in the bathroom were dirty. Only the kitchen and the room area were ok. I wish there was a small dinning table as we had a few dinners and most of our breakfasts in the apartment. Maybe you should tell the customers what to expect a bit more and offer an option with a table as opposed to a small desk for long stays. No hot water on our last night and nobody said anything. This property felt like a 2* experience not 4*.
