Generalnie, pomijając incydent z początkowym problemem z pokojem, jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu

Świetna lokalizacja dla turystów dla których najważniejsze są piękny widok na morze, korzystanie z plaży czy spacery wzdłuż Promenady Anglików. Dobry dojazd z lotniska. Warto pamiętać, że promenada jest bardzo długa i z hotelu do Wzgórza Zamkowego, Starego Miasta czy napisu #ILOVENICE to jeszcze ponad 3 kilometry. Po prostu należy korzystać z autobusów. Piękny widok znajduje się na 8 piętrze hotelu i warto tam podjechać podczas pobytu w hotelu.

Po przyjeździe okazało się, że jest problem z rezerwacją naszego pokoju z widokiem na morze. To było rozczarowujące ponieważ pokój był rezerwowany z kilkumiesięcznym wyprzedzeniem. W pierwszej wersji zaproponowano nam pokój bez widoku na morze na pierwszą noc. To było dla nas słaba opcja ponieważ wybieraliśmy ten hotel właśnie ze względu na piękny widok na morze. Ostatecznie na pierwszą noc dostaliśmy większy pokój z widokiem na morze, a następnego dnia przenieśliśmy się do właściwego. Warto pamiętać o zwrotnej kaucji 200 euro, którą należy uiścić podczas zameldowania. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z sytuacją, że na koniec sami wynosimy śmieci po pobycie. Ale to nie jest jakiś wielki problem.

the sofa beds where really uncomfortable the room wasn’t meant to be for 4 my daughter had to sleep with us in the bed .

Definitely not worth the high price paid

The best thing about this place is its location on the promenade des anglais. The breakfast is very good from a French perspective. However there is not much selection for those who prefer warm items.

I got a studio. The whole room has a rather good size with a kitchen. However the WC is tiny— hard to get seated and close the door at the same time. I requested a quiet room and got a room facing the other street where the tramway was passing. Soundproofing was not good and I could always hear the tram passing. If you go there request a room facing the sea. The worst thing was the bedding which was of a very low quality for such an expensive room. I believe that the mattress was at least 10 years old. A real shame in view of the price I paid for one night almost 300 euros.

If you want a cheaper place to stay close to the beach this is good. It is small and the pictures made me think it would

that the pictures made it look a lot better. I didn’t like that there toilet wasn’t in the actual bathroom. the toilet area was so small and claustrophobic. it was quite expensive. sofa bed was so small and uncomfortable.

Aparthotel in good location with great tram access - Apartments could do with updating

Location is excellent. It is situated on Promonade des Anglais and you can get the L2 tram form the airport direction Port Lympia to the Aparthotel. It is between the Fabron and Lenval Hopital stops approx 100m from either. The tram runs right behind the aparthotel. A 10 trip ticket costs €10 and you can check the same (10 trip) ticket twice if there are 2 people travelling together. The tram also continues to the old town. The kitchen had everything required for breakfast/lunch preparation. We didn't cook there. Its about 2.5km walk to the old town from the Aparthotel.

The apartment is a bit tired and dated and the furniture is very basic. (Not as good as it looks in the pictures in my opinion) The traffic as other people have said can be loud but that is to be expected as we had a sea view apartment and the road runs between the aparthotel and Promenade des Anglais so not a problem but something to be aware of in advance.

Excellent location and service

Location: Excellent with lots of restaurants, stores, supermarket and bakery within 2 minutes walking. Tram L2 and Bus are within 1-2 min walking. Staff: Excellent, very professional, helpful, and friendly Breakfast: We had our own in the room Room: Excellent; large room and bathroom, equipped mini kitchen with everything we needed. We had breakfast and dinner in the room for 4 nights. It was fantastic.
