Location
Too old fashioned

Location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.
The pool was pretty awful (not like the pictures!) and overall the hotel was quite dated/tired.
7.0
Central Location with walking access to beach and restaurants
Parking garage was low ceiling clearance.
My suv (Range Rover) couldn’t fit.
Valet did not have any spaces for any vehicles to park out front.

Merci

The room and location was amazing. Sea and park view was fantastic. The size of room was also as expected, large!
Unfortunately the quality of the breakfast in the dining room was below standard. After complaining to the hotel the front office manager Olivier went out of his way to provide an alternative solution and ensure we were happy. Sophie on the front desk was also amazing.

Location was amazing , right on the promenade and less than 2 mins walking to restaurants and main shopping street.
Nothing

Good location, clean and comfortable, lovely bar on the roof, friendly staff.
Our room wasn’t ready although we arrived after 3pm. There was a very loud concert right outside our room throughout the afternoon until 23:30 on all 3 nights we stayed with you - you had warned us by e-mail the day before but not much we could do about it by then. We paid for a sea and garden view but the garden was a construction sight when we visited.

View. Breakfast spread good.
Room telephone not working and not fixed after reporting it several times. This meant I had to go in person to reception if I needed anything or to make arrangements- very inconvenient.
‘Balcony’ very narrow and not made for sitting out on. Enjoying sitting on a “balcony” in such a location/view was my reason for choosing this hotel- a mistake, as it turns out.
Roof restaurant food was very poor and overpriced.

Location
It wasn’t a high end property

Location
The cleaning staff is risky and can take things if not secured in the safe. The problem that the managers try to cover for them

Great location & most staff were extremely helpful
Staff & service at the rooftop bar terrible , rude uninterested & no service
8.0
Location, cleanliness
Worst pillows, pricey

Close to beach and center
1. I did pay for two rooms with partial garden and sea view but I got two rooms facing construction zone instead.
2. The hall way carpet is old and smelly.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very comfortable stay!
Building and roadworks close by!

Across from the beach, staff were lovely
Really run down ‘standard’ double room… we moved rooms to a better class room but still, very aggressively average hotel at luxury prices. Much nicer hotels around the corner for less. Beware the city view, might be a view of the municipal police building next door and you’re looking at a beige building w/gray air conditioning units.

Bathroom beautiful and clean.
Food and Drinks very good
Lady who checked us in excellent
Checking out was easy
Great location
Breakfast could have been included
Nowhere to hang hand towel
Safe not bolted down
Wardrobe very small
No drawers or shelves (had to live from suitcase on floor)
Had to ask to have room made up
Had to ask for fresh water
Rooftop restaurant good but when we moved outside to have drink told we couldn’t, it was solved though.
Not much choice of fruit for breakfast (fruit salad is dated in my opinion)
9.0
The location is great, right in the center of everything - walking distance from beaches, restaurants, the old city, and flower markets. Bus stations are also very close.
The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the gym which was clean and with good facilities.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good.
The pool is relatively small and not much space next to it to sit and spend time.
10.0
room perfect, excellent location
building work outside, although nothing to do with the hotel
9.0
room set up, balcony view, breakfast, water brought to room daily
AC set too cold in room, confusing how to manage thermostat
