Great location, superb comfort in deluxe room. Lovely bathroom, impressive hotel lobby, bar and restaurant. The best beach is just at the western end of Deauville - a beautiful 6km long empty stretch of sand too.
Pool area a little tired. Staff great , but didn’t mention the free street parking a block away. Parking charges near the hotel only apply 9am to 7pm.

Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms, excellent location.
No parking for all guests and very crowded in the lobby.

Warm and friendly reception. Personnel is very polite and professional.
1) Even at low season prices the room was way overpriced for what is was. I took a deluxe sea view room. What they don't say is that you actually look at acres of tennis courts with the sea very far away in the distance.
2) Room design was not particularly attractive. Horrible blue/white wallpaper. Very small bathroom with amenities straight from a 2-star hotel instead of nicely branded amenities (Hermes, Bulgari, etc) one can expect in this (price)level of hotel.
3) Dinner at the restaurant Belle Epoque was just o.k., but by no means a gastronomic 'experience'.
4) Overall this hotel is massively overpriced for what it is. And that was at rock bottom low season rates. I can't imiagine paying high season prices for this average level of quality. Disappointing to say the least!

Fantastic room with a fantastic bed en a fantastic bathroom, the breakfast was also very nice, just a beautiful hotel.
The location is also just perfect, I did not get a chance to use the pool.

Location is wonderful in the heart of Deauville.
One big bed has been chosen by booking. It was important because my husband has a back problem. By arrival, it turned out that there are joined beds only in all rooms and we’ve been offered to change our room to a suit and pay 900€ extra. No other options to make our stay pleased or to make the bed have not been proposed.
Was disappointed of our stay.

The reception and concierge staff were amazing.
Our dining experience was not great. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when there was a problem with our meal but the general hotel staff stepped in and made everything better again!

The wallpaper in our room. Kids club whenever you want and all included.
Swimming pool was lovely but a little old school and in need of an upgrade.

you made a mistake with our room reservation but you sorted it out by giving us a junior suite which was very nice along with a bottle of champagne.
your staff were very nice and helpful and a big thank you to Fred in the bar for looking after us so well, and of course the manager on duty when we checked in last Thursday afternoon.
it was all very good
