Comodo e pulito. Staff gentilissimo. Ottimo

Staff gentilissimo, abbiamo potuto lasciare due zaini in reception prima del check in così da girare più liberi. Tutto davvero molto pulito, colazione ottima, abbondante e varia. Posizione centralissima e vicina a tutto a piedi. Fermata del bus navetta per l'aeroporto a 4' a piedi. Possibilità di farsi fare una pizza e mangiarla in camera. Nella camera ci stava un piccolo cucinino con forno microonde, una macchina del caffè e due cialde in regalo. Possibilità di averne altre in reception, dove trovi macchinetta bibite, snack e possibilità riempirsi le bottigliette d'acqua gratuitamente. Posto organizzatissimo e comodo. Siamo stati davvero bene.

Un peccato non avere l'aria condizionata in camera, non so se le altre ne siano provviste, magari informatevi prima. Noi nel pomeriggio volevamo riposare un po', ma si soffocava. Allora siamo usciti di nuovo e andati al parco alla ricerca di un po' d'aria. La sera per fortuna aveva rinfrescato e con le finestre aperte abbiamo dormito.

It was great. Would definitely return if need to stay at Nantes

Close to the train station. Nice rooms, everything there was convenient. The staff was very pleasant and always happy to help.

アパートなので快適で過ごせた。

部屋は新しくリニューアルしたのかキレイで快適に過ごせた。

ヘアードライヤーはフロントで借りなければならなかったらしく、チェックイン時に説明がなかったので、使用するのを諦めた。場所は駅前の賑やかな側と反対で、暗くなってから歩くには環境が良くなかった。

Très contents de notre appartement, et des personnes de l'accueil souriantes, à l'écoute et pro.

L'appartement est très bien situé, peu de bruits la nuit provenant de l'exterieur, bien insonorisé, la literie est confortable. Tous les accessoires (TV, bouilloire..) mis à notre disposition fonctionnaient.

Les joints de douche qui sont vieillissants.

Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights only

The hotel is very close to many touristic places to visit. The neighbourhood is calm.

The room, bathroom, shower, weren't clean. Some gatherings near the hotel made it a little bit hard to open the window during the night, even though it was really hot.

Good location a short walk from the train station.

Breakfast was good (lovely creamy scrambled eggs).

Room very warm, difficult to sleep well. Reception provided an electric fan which helped a little.

Super friendly staff and a great central place to stay

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and had a great selection. The room was exactly as described and with a great shower.

The room was too warm at night times, the air con didn’t seem to work very well. Everything else was perfect.

Adequate as somewhere just to sleep for 2 nights

Location boring but only 5 mins walk to good parts so ok.

Room feeling very tired and in need of refurbishment.

A pleasant stay

It was near the centre so it was close to a supermarket, tram stop and shuttlebus. There were cooking facilities and cutlery which made the apartment more comfortable.

Perfect clean and unfussy accommodation for a weekend trip.

It was perfectly situated for the purpose of my trip. I was going to a gig at the Cite de Congrès which was less than 5 minutes walk way. Equally there were bars and restaurants within the same walking distance.

The bed and the fact it comes with its own kitchen. The location was great too.

I liked the location which was very close to my son’s apartment.

One of the front desk employees was not very nice. Also, when I checked out, it was discovered that my card had been overcharged but they were unable to refund the card. They had to give me Euros (which are useless to me in the US).

English speaking staff. Location near the harbour. Carrefour nearby. Dishwasher.

Only one piece of each item in the kitchenette (mug, bowl etc.). No socket near bed.
