Un hôtel idéal pour se reposer

Nous avons aimé voir les étudiants mener de mains de maîtres (d’hôtel ) chaque poste avec sourire et bienveillance. Les chambres sont confortables , la brasserie délicieuse et le spa très reposant

I wouldn’t rush to stay here again

Air conditioning was very welcome.

Poor bar service… staff turning up late so reception staff had to try and do two jobs. Average food and average service in the restaurant. The scrambled eggs served at breakfast were grey in colour and disgusting. The most expensive breakfast 22EUR that I didn’t eat.

Great Hotel, great facilities, fantastic staff.

Exceptional staff! When they found out neither of us spoke french they found staff who spoke English to wait on us. Everyone was super kind and really helpful. Really comfortable bed, superb shower and fantastic breakfast with extraordinary choice. I didn't get to use any of the spa facilities as it was just an overnight stay so cannot comment on that facility, but if it was anything like the rest of the hotel then I expect it would be fabulous.

We had a small issue with the food at dinner but the staff sorted it out really well. Other than that nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. This is a minor niggle, and certainly wouldnt stop me from returning,

not sure why this is a four start hotel

beds were good, car park close to reception, the staff (mainly students) were lovely, it has a restaurant, the main course was mediocre but the deserts were out of this world!

nowhere to walk the dogs, yes it is a dog friendly hotel, however no facilities for them.

The Restaurant was chaotisch. There was no coordination amongst the restaraunt staff. We were kept waiting for attention. We would have liked to have enjoyed the fixed menu, but two of the starters were not available (hummus and carrot is not everyones choice as a starter!). The breakfast was overpriced at €22. I booked the hotel because it has a swimming pool, but it did not open until 9 a.m. (by which time we were underway)

For the price, it's really not worth it.

Good food

Stains on items in the room, fungus growth on side table that was not handled despite telling the staff. All the students being used as 'staff' meant that everything was sub-par, no adult was around to make sure that it was being done well or properly. For example, room service ordered on a certain night, wasn't picked up until 36 hours later.

The hotel was very convenient for the motorway. It was a lovely hotel with friendly staff. It was extremely comfortable and the staff were very courteous. The dinner and the breakfast were superb!
