Old room needing an update

The staff were very friendly and nice. Was close to the airport.

When booking a hilton hotel, you expect a certain standard. In this hotel the reception was new and modern but unfortunately I had a very old and worn looking room. There was no air conditioning, and the bed was uncomfortable. I paid quite a bit for this room for one night and it was no better than an ibis budget, in fact worse. Maybe they are slowly renovating rooms and got a bad one. I arrived very late after a long journey, a plane delay and losing luggage so I really didn't have the energy to complain but was very disappointed.

Unfortunate event!

We stayed here before and it was perfect. This time the air conditioning was not working in the rooms. We tried to stay in our room even with a fan we were given it was unbearable. They were very kind and put us in the ibis hotel. Which was ok. Unfortunately not at good as the hilton.

Unfortunately no air conditioning. The staff helped straight away. It was a shame as we wanted to stay at the hotel. Everything was good at the hotel. I felt we missed out as we ended up staying in a hotel of lesser value. As we booked through booking.com, they could not offer us anything else.

Excellent hôtel

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern, very clean, my room was well appointed, super comfy pillows and bed. It was quiet and restful. I enjoyed the lovely gardens, comfortable lounge and restaurant.

Mauvais !

Proximité de l’aéroport

Ne correspond pas à la qualité que l’on attend d’un hilton!!!!! Peinture des murs et du plafond de la salle de bain qui s’écaille de partout! Équipement vieillot, pas de produit genre Coton , coton tiges, etc…. Toile d’araignée dans les couloirs et au dessus de notre tête au restaurant extérieur !! De plus ayant réservé pour le standing hilton et pour le restaurant que nous pensions à la hauteur des autres hilton. Nous avons été très surpris de ne pas avoir été informé à notre réservation que le restaurant ne servait qu’une carte réduite, à savoir deux salades et un club sandwich au menu et rien d’autre!!!!! Tout cela parce qu’il ( enfin je suppose…) recevait les équipes olympiques, ce qui nous empêchait d’ailleurs de profiter de la salle de sport et de la piscine qui étaient monopolisés par les sportifs!!!!!!! La moindre des choses auraient été de prévenir les clients à la réservation ! Ps : je tiens à la disposition de la direction les photos de la salle de bain.

Wonderful stay in a great airport hotel.

We loved the design, the spaciousness, the style and the soothing couloir combinations. The staff were extremely polite and helpful from the parking attendant to the cleaning staff as well as the reception and restaurant staff. The hotel is very clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable.

We wish breakfast has been served a little longer as we arrived late after a long trip and slept past breakfast time. However we were offered some croissant and coffee on the house, a very lind gesture.

Very comfortable stay and a nice transition before a long 10-hour travel day back to Boston.

Uređenje sobe

Klima nije radila, pa je bilo veoma vruće. Ni telefon u sobi nije radio pa sam morao svaki put silaziti do recepcije. Mlada recepcionarka nam nije mogla dati drugu sobu jer je cijeli sustav bio u kvaru, po njenim riječima u cijelom Hilton svijetu, i ona ništa ne može da učini. Nije mogla da nam ponudi drugu sobu jer navodno nije imala pojma koja soba je slobodna. Ponudila nam je jedino ventilator u sobu. Usluga koja ne odgovara ovom rangu i kategoriji hotela. Bilo bi puno bolje da sam rezervirao neki jeftiniji hotel u blizini. Nakon sat vremena druga, iskusnija, kolegica nam je ponudila drugu sobu. Ni ovdje klima nije radila najbolja, ali je ipak bilo izdržljivije, cijelu noć je radila na maksimumu, ali nije bilo prehladno. Grozno iskustvo.

NICE HOTEL CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT

Nice room, clean and tidy, great breakfast, shuttle service to the airport. Nice food from room service.

There was a little confusion with the rooms, it happened that we were rented a room that had someone's clothes in it, so we went to another room where the TV didn't work, but on the third try we got a nice and comfortable room :)

We had to leave the property at 3:00am for an early flight. Shuttle bus got us there easily. We had a comfortable stay

Very comfortable for an airport hotel--we only stayed one night.....s

The first room we were placed in had a problem with the shower--HOWEVER, our room was immediately changed and we were upgraded ---the second room was great!! The staff was very helpful and apologized for the non-working shower.

Top Flughafenhotel, sehr gut gelegen und gut geführt.

Wir kamen aus dem Terminal und haben an der Säule den Knopf vom Hotel gedrückt. Es ging keine 5 Minuten und wir wurden vom Hotel-Shuttle abgeholt. Freundliche Fahrerin und im Anschluss sehr freundlicher Empfang. Apéro haben wir im schönen Garten genossen und im Anschluss ein sehr gutes Essen. Das Zimmer ist mit allem eingerichtet, was es zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.

Unacceptable behaviour from staff. Very bad impression

Clean and close to airport. Not worth the money though too expensive

A very dissatisfied with lady at the reception on our departure. We booked transfer to the airport from Hotel 3:30 am this is obviously the actual reason we booked Hilton as they were having a 24/7 transport and at the reception no-one informed us that if we are even a minute late the bus would have depart without us. We were only a minute late noone even called to say anything. Bus left and when we asked to have the next one she completely ignored us and just said its full we can not help. Had to walk with a child at 3:30 am in the morning with rain. Unacceptable. Also we went to have dinner two burgers to serve we waited one hour. When we asked for our burgers the waiter just replied “sorry the kitchen is light today”. What an answer was that? Sorry but its Hilton and Manager needs to find solutions

Pleasant airy hotel in good position for airport but expensive for what it offers.

Drinks ridiculously priced. 19€ for an apéros spritz!! Shower over bath rather than free standing shower.

Chambre vétuste et pas de possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres et pas de Clim. On dort mal ! Étouffant! Pas d’air Cela n’est pas normal pour un 4 étoiles !

L’hôte est superbe et la décoration est magnifique. Plusieurs petits espaces salons bien sympathiques. Le restaurant est magnifique et sa véranda-salon est splendide. La chambre est spacieuse et bien décorée. Les lits sont grands et confortables. Tout est très propre. À deux pas de l’aéroport que l’on rejoint facilement avec la navette gratuite

Encore et toujours le problème des portes qui claquent, vous devriez solutionner ce problème car au vu du standing de l’hôtel et du prix des chambres, c’est pénible d’être réveillé par les portes. Insonorisation tout juste entre les chambres. Par contre, aucun bruit d’avion ou de la route juste à côté de l’hôtel. Pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre, dommage

Un excellent hôtel pour un avant séjour

L’accueil et sa compétence pour trouver une solution, le geste commercial de nous avoir donner une chambre plus moderne car le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas. La proximité de l’aéroport avec sa navette très pratique et la beauté de l’hôtel autant intérieurement et extérieurement .

Would definitely recommend.

The hotel despite being in the airport area was well laid out, with very pleasant outside terraces area. The room was spatious and comfortable. The staff were efficient and caring. The shuttle service was punctual and fast, despite being very early in the morning.

It wasn't possible to open my window to create a draft but the air-conditioning worked well.

Personnel toujours adorable. Literie très bonne et bon restaurant. Génial pour un départ matinal ou une arrivée tardive a l’aéroport.

Manque d’intimité puisqu’il n’y a pas de séparation entre la salle de bain et la chambre.
