Superbe hôtel, je recommande

Idéalement situé, très confortable avec un personnel très prévenant. Le petit déjeuner au rooftop 7ème était superbe avec belle salle intérieure et une superbe terrasse qui surplombent la mer et toute la baie de Cannes. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration du hall et le café/petite restauration au RDC dans le hall... les capucino étaient délicieux.... un séjour trop court!

Notre chambre était un peu petite mais très confortable avec une vue superbe sur le port et toute la baie de Cannes.

Que estaba nuevo y muy bien ubicado y la terraza del piso 7 muy linda.

La limpieza que hacían diaria, deficiente, yo pedí comida y al otro día no se llevaron ni la bandeja, tuve dos días la bandeja con comida añeja en mi habitación, eso fue desagradable.

Buona la posizione, di fronte ad un parcheggio 🅿️ pubblico con molti posti auto, peccato per i lavori in strada che deturpano la vista. Bellissimo il rooftop fronte mare dove si fa colazione

La camera veramente piccola, con moquette addirittura macchiata, totale assenza di facilities per il bagno … non c’era nemmeno una cuffia doccia… inaccettabile visto il prezzo della camera…

Perfect. Enjoyed every moment.

Everything. Super comfortable bed, the steamer in the room, spa, jacuzzi, rooftop terrace, food and cocktails - everything was perfect. And the staff super friendly and helpful.

Working hours for kitchens of the restaurants were shorter than the restaurants and were not indicated anywhere. Wasn’t big issue since the staff helped out. The rest was perfect!

Brilliant stay in Cannes, spa and massage was lovely

We tried 3 nights running (duration of our stay) to have a drink in the rooftop bar.. we were unsuccessful, we were not even able to get a coffee downstairs on the evening

Spectacular views and splendid stay

Beautiful views, great location, newly refurbished. The size of the room was great and the toilet had big shower.

The wc was in between narrow walls. The balcony was small.

Very good hotel.

I really liked the location of the hotel, modern and fresh renovation. The restaurant in the evening and the same place for breakfast are located on the top floor of the hotel - a very beautiful view of Cannes in the evening/day, the sea and the promenade.

I liked everything.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Localisation centrale, rooftop super agréable pour prendre un verre, chambres propres.

Personnel pas sympathique et de mauvaise fois. Décoration qui fait vieille et pas très luxueuse alors que tout est sensé être neuf. Restaurant pas très bon même si belle vue et bon service. Gym minuscule. Travaux partout devant. Globalement aucun intérêt et extrêmement cher pour ce que c’est.

Un hôtel d'exception à Cannes

- Notre chambre, une suite familiale très spacieuse et confortable avec une vue formidable sur la baie de Cannes - Le restaurant du 7eme étage où nous avons dîné deux fois, très bon et avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle - la décoration moderne et fonctionnelle

- Le personnel est parfois peu attentif et manque d'expérience - La piscine n'est pas accessible pour les enfants en dehors d'horaires très matinaux. C'est d'autant plus regrettable que ce point n'est pas signalé sur l'annonce de BOOKING. Et qu'il n'y avait pas grand monde dans la piscine en ce mois de janvier.

Bella scoperta ma pensavo meglio

Struttura nuova e con un bel design.. In una posizione incantevole , molto comoda alla vita notturna, locali e negozi.. Davvero bella Location.

Le camere sono piccole , sopratutto il bagno ma nel design e letto comodissimo. La spa a pagamento e bisogna prenotarla .. Il parcheggio 40€ al giorno lo trovo davvero esagerato.

Bel hôtel qui manque de professionnel

Être réveillé par le restaurant de l hôtel avec de la musique très forte à 7h30 !!!! Nous avons un enfant en bas âge nous venons à l hôtel pour dormir , très très decu. Il manque du professionnalisme pour un 4 étoiles. Restauration aussi. Ça fait plus résidences qu hotel. Vous n avez pas le service hôtellerie , on ne vous amène pas à la chambre on ne vous aide pas pour les bagages. Vous vous retrouvez avec un mini bar vide alors qu ils vous prennent une caution de 100 euros. Le spa n es pas du tout intime il fait partie de l autre côté avec les locataires qui y vivent à l année c est très impersonnel et coté grande piscine le sol était sale ( cheveux saleté ) on nous propose un petit déjeuner à 40 euros par personne …..

Super weekend !

La chambre était superbe, une vue mer magnifique. Le personnel du front desk était très sympa ainsi que la jeune fille du room service. Pareil pour le buffet de petit déjeuner, impeccable!

Les services proposées ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix des chambres. Rien n’est disponible sur la télé sauf la TNT, l’accès au spa est payant pour une courte durée. La salle de bain est mal faite avec la porte de la douche qui s’ouvre dans la pièce. Le sol de la salle de bain est donc toujours mouillé, ce qui n’est pas agréable pour se préparer

In general it was a good stay – a bit overpriced for what it is (at the moment).

It's a very new hotel, that isn't quite finished – quite a few of the facilities aren't open to the guests yet; such as the spa, also there are plenty of parts still in construction, which you can sense. The staff were really great, friendly, helpful and always in a good mood - a special mention goes to Carmen on reception, who was a delight and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. The location was just at the end of the Marina, in front of where the ferries to St Tropez, etc leave from. It's a 10-15 min walk to get into the centre, Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, etc and the historic neighbourhood of Le Suquet is just behind the hotel (nice streets filled with quaint shops, bars and restaurants to explore). In general it was a good stay – a bit overpriced for what it is (at the moment). The rooftop restaurant is really nice, as is the coffee bar on the ground floor (though it is very expensive, at the time we stayed, August 2023, it was 9.50€ for a cafe latte, but that is Cannes in general, with about 7€ being the norm).

As described above, the hotel will be nice once finished, but for the price we paid it felt a bit overpriced to be in a hotel that is still in construction. It was a very long walk to get to the pool, first you have to come down to the reception, then a long corridor (about 3 min walking), then a elevator up 1 floor, then another long corridor to get to the pool area (which feels a bit unfinished) - plus there are no bar facilities at the pool. Maybe, once the hotel is finished, it will have a better/quicker access to the pool area, though it doesn't seem that way. *The pool is half outdoors, half indoors.
