Nice boutique hotel with modern lobby and eating area.
Located a little far from most sights and restaurants
4.5
Great breakfast menu with excellent options
4.0
Although small, it's nice to sit at the table on your own balcony for some fresh air and sun in the "privilege" rooms.
2.0
Had a privilege room - very tiny with a malfunctioning shower which was overflowing and not fixed for 10 days. Staff is doing a great job but the property is not well maintained and poor value for the money.
Shower not fixed for 10 days and smelly room.

The staff at the bar/reception was really nice and helpful
The hotel manager was arrogant and abrasive, his comments just felt unnecessary. The room was very small and you couldn't open the windows. It definitely didn't feel like a 4 star hotel room.
4.0
Close to metro stations, plenty of shops nearby and friendly helpful staff
City tax and deposit was required that wasn't previously disclosed, if we hadn't read reviews and planned ahead this could have been a big issue budget wise
3.5
Most staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast-lady always welcomed me with a very happy smile. In general the room was very clean and comfortable.
There were sharp objects in the carpet that I stepped in and hurt my foot. Turned out it was from renovations that had been done to the room 2 weeks prior.
When I checked in, the staff member could not explain to me why there were extra costs I still had to pay (besides the city tax) and it turned out that it was a reduction on the price from booking through booking.com that I didn't have to pay but nobody had the knowledge to explain this to me until halfway my trip.

The staff were really excellent, very accommodating for our requests during a very difficult time for our family (we suffered a bereavement). Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were comfortable if a little small - it's Paris. We recommend the hotel.
Bigger rooms would be good, but hard to find in Paris

the bed was comfy
bathroom
dirty carpet
window didn’t open

breakfast was decent for a continental.
How we where charged extra with no notice. Our hotel was priced at 555 but we where charged 615 but told this was due to inflation but no message from booking.com to explain this. Then on top we where charged a deposit of 150 which also wasn't stated. Put a dampener on our first night there leaving us short of cash. We where also going to be charged for drinks that we had already paid for, but luckily we had kept all of our repceits to prove we had paid for them.

Only the king bed was the good thing. It was also clean overall.
Small Parking lot for 20€ and it was fully booked so I had to search for streets to park.
Breakfast extremely simplified but ok.
Rooms are very very small.
1.3
Cutlery for breakfast was dirty. Rooms very small and claustrophobic. Lift didn’t work. Reception staff very slow. Very far away from metro.
