Clients de St Paul de Vence

Le parking avec la borne de recharge pour notre véhicule électrique. Le parking est payant mais c'est une sécurité car le véhicule est à l'abri avec accès direct à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Salle agréable, claire et propre. Personnel sympathique et respectueux. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Disappointing

Excellent location in city centre.

Minimal welcome from Reception. Recommended street parking difficult. For dinner, restaurant bland and waiter disappeared part way through service. Had to ask Receptionist for dessert and coffee. Buffet breakfast was ok. We chose a different hotel when stopping over 3 days later…

Un hotel de qualité à deux pas du centre historique

Chambre spacieuse et tranquille, bonne literie, et possibilité de commander le diner en room service. Bien et accueillante aussi la grand hall avec 2 salons disponibles.

Le lavabo qui était un peu bouché, un écoulement difficile.

Just what I needed for a short visit to Arles in July--a clean, air-conditioned room, located near many of the main tourist attractions.

Nice location, wonderful town, hotel too pricy for what it gives but fine enough.

Very nice staff and fantastic location close to the center!!! The pool was also nice even if very very small. The breakfast was pretty nice too.

The room was pretty worn out and old. The toilet door couldn’t close, the second bed was on a sofa and quite uncomfortable, the room had only towels for 2 (we were five). The elevator wouldn’t start if we were all of us in it and two of us had to always take the stairs. Best westerns hotels in Scandinavia have a much higher standards.

very poor service from the staff. the breakfast was set in a depressing room and the swimming pool a non event. wouldn’t recommend it

Room location and a great breakfast

Hotel not fully open.resturant closed.Hotel recommend two,one a hotel refused to serve me in dining room and the other wanted 20 pct.cover charge for dinner! One h of a town.

Great location and well-appointed room. Small, but everything you need for a comfortable stay, minus a working kettle.

The kettle did not work. That was the only thing that could have made it better.

Forced to stay in Arles due to lack of fuel in France

Location is great for town visit

Hotel receives large groupes for seminaries, so iff you take breakfast after 9hr, all food is gone and staff is only cleaning tables and do not bring new food for private travellers.So we went outside to brasserie opposite hotel which service good breakfast, better quality for money. The elevators should be replaced, only 2 of which one broken for3 days midweek and the remaining one making scary sounds
