Le personnel est très agréable, la résidence est très bien située et le parking couvert est très appréciable !
Malheureusement il y avait des poils dans la baignoire à notre arrivée..

The bathroom was nice and the beds were comfortable. Very good localization, nice neighborhood. Everything is reachable by foot. The deposit was returned quickly and there's not much noise despite other people stating that.
The hotel parking is non-existent and a hidden cost (even the receptionist had trouble finding parking costs on the listing) be sure to book in advance. They have 20 parking spaces for 40 apartments. The only other parking option is a commercial parking for 22 euros a day. The hotel also skimps on toilet paper. Although the dishwasher is there, it doesn't clean very good, also if you want to prep your own meal you'll have to be patient, the electric stove is very slow to heat up.

Pro
1. Location is good, just next to river Arve, each room has a small balcony
2. Reception guy and lady was nice and courteous.
Cons:
1. Hotel sends too many spam system generated emails after booking - and they are not even aware of it.
2. Hotel sends payment request (with link) even after your card has been charged, again system generated emails they are not aware of, utter confusion. I had to call hotel and customer service multiple times.
3. Does not have basic things expected (e.g Tea/Coffee sachets), I asked for a toothbrush, they did not have it. Instead I was explained difference between a "hotel" and a "residence"
4. The double bed in folded and kept in the drawing/dining room- if you unfold it there is no space left in the room.
The bunk beds are too small for an average person ( good for kids only), so technically 4 people can not stay here comfortably.

Amazing location. Incredible view from the balcony.
Nothing, everything was fine.

The location was excellent! It’s only a couple of minutes walk to get to the bus station which was great when arriving from Geneva airport and when doing day trips.
We were also allocated a room with a balcony with an excellent view which is right in front of these beautiful mountains and by the river.
Having a dishwasher and kitchen was also really helpful when trying to save money by not eating outside for every meal for almost a week.
Although it’s nothing major, I don’t think the housekeepers took our rubbish and put new toilet paper during our entire stay.

location, comfort
Check-in time (closing between 12 -4pm is incredibly inconvenient. If this is needed, a lockbox with a key should be provided. Also it would have been nice to unlock the communal toilets downstairs.

It's a family-oriented hotel, close to main bus station and supermarket. Nice for skiing and tours. Wide choice of kitchen devices, which allow to cook by yourself.
1.Because of complex travel, we planned to make a flexible booking for 4 days, but it went wrong and we've got inflexible booking. And it was impossible to change immediately by hotel or Booking. So one more night we stayed in another hotel, which we liked more.
2. The polite receptionist didn't gave us the entrance door code, so we had to wait for other guests help.
3. We have been asked to pay 200 Euro deposit at check-in. It was an unexpected surprise for us for many years and nowhere in other 4 hotels during the current travel. It was returned in two days but...
4. Flexible bed allows to organize the space but everyone should be careful - beware the painful touching of bed angles.

Chamonix is beautiful and the reception worker is friendly.
The room was dirty, there were old stuff behind the closet and in the bathroom. Our room was above a bar which was noisy until late. We tried to change rooms but they said it was full. Also it is Infront of room is the bus station so you hear the buses early in the morning.
The room is small for 4 people, that was expected.
We didn't use the kitchen so not much to say about it. Need to renew the rooms.
WIFI cost extra.
