The staff are helpful, courtesy, and kind. They would go out of their way to help me to find information and even helped me to book another B&B. One of the best parts and I like very much is they provide a secure locker FREE! On top of that, they think of everything because there are power outlets in the secure locker so we could charge our equipment without worrying. I love it!!! They also have clean shower room and a chill room. Fantastic. If plan works out, I am coming back here on my way home!!!
They start breakfast at 6:30 though by 6:15 it's ready but I wish could start at 6:00am especially during summer or early fall and late spring when the daylight is early.

Nothing really, the staff was kind. Did not stay all night, continued my trip at 2 am. Felt uncomfortable in the room and could not sleep because of the noise.
Noisy, uncomfortable bed, small so small room. The smallest Wc ever...

Great staff, very welcoming, allowed us to leave our luggage at the property before check-in and also gave us coffee free of charge. They spoke perfect English as well, which isn't always the case in France.
The hotel is okay but only for one night stay. Rooms are small, everything inside is cheap and looks worse than the pictures. There's also a weird smell in the room, very unpleasant. Overall, if the rooms were 20 EUR per night, we wouldn't complain. But it's definitely not worth 55 EUR they're asking. Otherwise, the room's pretty clean etc.

Its quite near to eurexpo and its easy to transport from airport. Perfect if you only planning on sleeping there!
Bathroom is too small. Its quite hard to move.
Breakfast are always the same. Bread, jam, nutella, cheese and yoghurt. For some it will be good, for some (like me) no.

If you book a 1* hotel in France for EUR 85 per night during exhibition time, then this is what you get. Small room, very small bathroom, no big comfort. If you want something else, you need to spend 3 times as much. We got what we booked so there is no reason to complain. Distance to exhibition = only 10 minutes. Good car park with password protected gate. Rom and bathroom was clean.
a bit noisy. One day they switched off the small heating next to the door without telling anybody that from then on, heating should be done with the AC

Our room was at the top of the staircase. Unfortunately, this was where people gathered to smoke and chat. We found the smell of smoke very unpleasant and felt our privacy was compromised as people were standing right outside our window.

Staff were helpful, prompt and knowledgable.
Property was clean and secure.
I liked the gated entrance with security code.
The Toilet/Shower cabin is extremly small. Not comfortable at all for a tall person.
I may expect sizes like this in Tokyo.
