extremely disappointing - won't stay again

bed was comfortable

staff at check-in were rude and told us many times they cannot give us a double bed despite booking this, then trying to make us pay additional money to upgrade to a suite which was 4x the price of our original booking this went on for 30 minutes and was extremely tiring and they say they cannot cancel/refund despite not honouring what was booked with them room had no view - frosted windows so you can't see anything

Good for 3 people in one room. Expensive for 2 people in one room.

They have 3 people rooms and the view is good on one side of the building.

They won't keep our luggage at the concierge until the next day so that can bring it to CEC for the exhibition. Instead, they asked us to fit it inside our room, taking up much space.

Mala ubicación para hacer turismo por Hong Kong

La máquina de paintball de la recepción.... y la comodidad de las camas y las almohadas

Los baños ni eran amplios ni limpios... el desayuno era más parecido al de una pensión que al de un hotel de calidad, la ubicación genial para los amantes de las carreras de caballos, pero para los turistas... mal, alejado de las estaciones de metro o de los puntos claves para los que visitan esta ciudad.

Value for money

The area was surprisingly spacious for a room in Hong Kong.

Location was not very near causeway bay and had to walk quite a distance. But the hotel provides compliments shuttle bus so it’s convenient for family with kids

5 Day stay with two small children.

We were unfortunately placed on a floor with other guests who were not respectful of sharing space with lots of loud noise (screaming children/playing) and smoking in their rooms. When I highlighted these concerns with the staff they were very understanding and accomodating in organising a room change. In addition to the kind understanding of the staff, the manager Agnes and duty manager personally attended our room to apologise and check we were ok. So despite the the poor behaviour of other guests (outside of the control of hotel staff).

It was disappointing that other guests can be noisy or smoke indoors. However it was great to see how quick the staff responded and the actions takes to rectify the situation.

We stayed 20 nights and breakfast was mostly same each day.

Very convenient hotel for events taking place at the Hong Kong Exhibition Center.

Excellent location, mini-bus transporation to the Exhibition Center.

Too noisy, apparently from the air conditioning even though I had turned if off.

Dorsett Wanchai for another stay

The 3 single beds are cramped in one room that the 2 beds are just an inch apart from each other. No water inside & bidet & just 1 roll of toilet paper are among the minus factor for me but just tolerable.

Dorsett Wanchai: Worth One Try!

The room is clean with a cozy & aesthetic interior. The staff is courteous & responsive to requests. Breakfast is good enough. Also, the location makes Dorsett a good pick.

It does not have complimentary bottled water inside the room, only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided daily for the 4 of us occupying the room. Another is the absence of bidet which is among the essentials .

Hôtel avec très bon rapport qualité/prix et bien pour parcourir Hong Kong.

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre bien équipée bien qu’un peu petite.

Passage ménage quotidien uniquement sur demande. Petit déjeuner acceptable au vu du rapport qualité/prix mais pas exceptionnel.

В целом все на тройку с плюсом.

Локация, Бесплатный автобус до метро, Завтрак.

Звездность не соответствует заявленной, номер достаточно старый. Пыль в номере, ремонтные работы на крыше в момент проживания постаянно долбили по крыше. Не хотели заселять пока не внесу оплату в полном объеме. Позвал старшего менеджера и решили вопрос внесением депозить в другой валютье до момента обмена денег. Халат принесли по требованию один и похож он был на ночнушку. Одноразовые приборы гигиены не пополняли ежедневно.

Good value for money

Good location, decent sized room. The staff are nice and friendly. Good value for money.

Would be great if there are more restaurants in the neighborhood. We had to walk around 10-15 mins to reach the restaurant area. It was stormy during our stay, so walking was not the best option. If the weather is nice, it should be no issue.

朝からチェックインができ、そのまま部屋が利用させてもらえた。ロビーから外への出口、シャトルバス発着場がとても近くて出やすい。香港駅とホテル間のシャトルバスがとても便利だった。トラム停車場が道路を渡ってすぐの場所。少し歩いた先（トラム東西線方面）に安く朝食が食べられる食堂がある。

ホテルのせいではないが、ハッピーバレーに向かうトラムが一方通行のうえ、ハッピーバレーで確実に乗り換えなくてはならないのが不便コンビニがそれなりに遠い。エアコンの調節があまり効かない。（効きすぎる） booking.comでデポジット登録したクレジットカードと違うカードで支払いたかったが拒否された。

特にはありません。湾仔への中心地にはトラムで。普段と違う乗り物での移動はなかなか楽しかったです。

Excellent séjour ;)

Bon accueil, enregistrement, services. Excellent petit dej. Chambre propre, lits confortables mais vraiment très petite pour 4 (chambre familiale réservée de 31m2 sur Booking, mais juste de 15m2 sur place). Certes chambre bien aménagée, mais vraiment même pas la place de poser les valises et 20cm de chaque côté des lits. Pas trop grave, car juste à l hôtel pour dormir, douche et petit dej, mais vraiment un peu juste (séjour de 8j).

Taille de la chambre (cf ci-dessus vraiment très petite pour 4). Localisation pas simple au début, 15mn station de métro à pied, trajet TramTram un peu long pour y arriver (faire d abord le tour de l hippodrome) mais rapide le matin pour partir en visite. Les bus sont aussi très pratiques à l usage (cf 6/6X) qui passent juste à côté. Et un service de navette de l hôtel aussi très bien venu. Temps d attente des ascenseurs aussi un peu long. Mais globalement excellent service.

Horrible

Nothing. It stinks and the staffs aren’t very helpful. Did the online check in so I could go straight to the room but it also didn’t work, had to drag heavy suitcase up n down the staircases as there is no slopes to the reception.

It was surrounded by the cemeteries and soon as you open the window, all you see is thousands of tombstones. Rooms were super small and no storage for clothes. Old building and it smells like mildew and in the bathroom I saw lots of mold. Just horrible.
