Gutes Hotel , für einen kurzen Parisaufenthalt

Gute Lage, man konnte mit dem kostenfreien Shuttlebus zum Flughgafen und von dort aus mit dem normelan Ticket mit den öffentlichen Bahnen in die Stadt rein und wieder zurück

Le personnel à l’accueil était très gentil , la navette gratuite proposée pour le trajet hôtel - aéroport est appréciable. Literie confortable.

La trace de frein dans les toilettes ( nous l’avons signalé seulement le lendemain car nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit ) La table où repose la télé était pleine de poussière. Toiles d’araignées au plafond. De plus les femmes de ménage sont rentrés à deux reprises dans notre chambre le matin alors que nous dormions ( pancarte à mettre sur poignée absente) Dommage car nous y avions dormi la semaine précédente lors de notre voyage aller et nous avions été satisfaits

More information for tourists on taxis, sites to visit,to be more hospital.

Breakfast was good, bed comfortable and clean room, lots of light coming in the room.

First day Lady at check in desk rude, not helpful with any information about sites to visit local shops ect. We asked if there is any place to eat local,we were informed that the cafe in the hotel was open for lunch when we went towards the cafe a staff member informed us its closed, I ponted at the lady at the checkin desk ad said she had mention it was open, after a few seconds the gentleman said okay then an we went in and ordered food. The next few days a gentleman was working at the checkin counter and had better customer skills.

Buen hotel

Todo muy bien. Habitacion amplia, cerca del aeropuerto.

Tomar en cuenta que el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto no es exclusivo del hotel, sino es un bus que va pasando por los diferentes hoteles de la zona, recogiendo huéspedes y al ser el último o penúltimo hotel, el bus llega lleno de gente y sin plazas; por lo que hay que esperarlo con tiempo, por que si ya no hay campo por el tema de las maletas y espacio en pasillos, te toca esperar al próximo bus. Esto nos sucedió en el primer servicio del día.

Bel hôtel !

Hôtel à proximité de l'aéroport d'Orly, disposant d'une piscine, salle de sport, baby-foot... Chambre spacieuse et confortable, plateau bouilloire, grande salle de bain et très bonne insonorisation. Le petit déjeuner top : beaucoup de choix ! Certains personnels agréables.

L'accueil du réceptionniste à notre arrivée, désagréable et qui ne donne aucune information sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel.

Bitter experience. Till now caution money not returned. Taxi booked through hotel who also a fraud.

Not good

Staff in the front office was fraud. He told security deposit 150 Euro to be paid in advance and it will be return online after check out. But already 4 days past . No money tha is 150 Euro , till now refunded in my account till now. When I wrote in email to hotel, they replied we can give guarantee.

Gostamos da localização do hotel, que é bem próxima do aeroporto, onde tivemos um voo pela manhã do dia seguinte e pela disponibilidade do café da manhã em horário bem cedo

Centrale plek ligt de locatie, je kan alle kanten op.

Doordat de slaapbank uitgeklapt is wordt de kamer zo krap. Helaas, kan je het raam niet op een haak zetten zodat het lekker blijft luchten in de kamer. Jammer, dat de tax pp nergens bij de boeking stond vermeld. Dit is vanaf 2024 ingegaan, en hotel eigenaren waren het er niet mee eens. Dus er kwamen nog extra kosten bij!

A revoir l’accueil du personnel

Le personnel est désagréable en particulier un jeune homme travaillant de nuit le samedi 30 décembre 2023. Je suis arriver pour récupérer les clés vers 18h , le jeune homme n’était pas préoccupé que j’attendais a l’accueil puis je demande à récupérer lés valises , il m’emmène récupérer lés valise et me laisse en plan dans le couloir et repart a l’accueil sans me donner la clé de la chambre . Je repart vers luis je lui dit que je n’est pas les clés de chambre , puis ils glisse la carte de la chambre vers moi sans me dire à quel étage ma chambre ce situe . Comme si j’allais le deviner toute seul!!! Vraiment un jeune homme non chaland . Je suis enceinte , j’étais fatigué d’attendre et l’accueil était vraiment inadmissible !!!

breakfast fine, pillows, bathroom, location, all staff, gift for my baby.

some breakfast fruits were spoiled, The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, In the morning they carried out remodeling work with annoying noises on the upper floor, The cleanliness of the room was not the best, there was dust in some places

We have been upgraded and the room was very comfortable

Shuttle service from/to the airport: that was one of the criteria I chose this hotel. Nevertheless, on our arrival, we waited almost one hour on our way to the hotel, while the morning after, as the shuttle served several hotels, it was so jam-packed we had to take a taxi

Receptionist were helpful, except our bad experience with lady waitress other things was fine

House keeping Personel did excellent job, we are group of 12 and was very much satisfied, room were clean and tidy.

Some of the kitchen staff were not friendly, specialfly there was one Ladies waitress who was very rude, she shouted to us during our breakfast time for no reason. We had a bad day after that, She is not polite, and not service minded. She is bad for the hotel’s reputation.

Facilities were good, and the pool very pleasant.

The staff mislead us for 1h30 on where to get the shuttle to go to the airport. We eventually had to get urgently a cab as the bus never came . We realised leaving in the taxi that the stop was actually a 100 m away out of sight of the hotel entrance. No wonder there was no shuttle to be seen! Morning wasted + stress

I liked the price and the staff the most.

Some rooms weren’t as clean, I had to request a change when we first got there, we had a little bit of walking to do to get to transportation but the staff was friendly and helpful

Comfortable bed. Poor service. Staff unmotivated and unhelpful.

Service very poor Staff not pleasant or motivated. Avoid eatting in the restaurant if your in a hurry very poor service had to ask waiter 4 times to bring out the deserts then they brought out the wrong one. I understand speaking English was a barrier in communication but i specifically pointed to the menu the guy wrote down chocolate cake and brought out fruit. Kids were so board waiting about it was over priced for what you got and food was just passable. I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

Hotel rooms are good and breakfast is ok. staff are helpful. Hotel are good for who use orly airport

The hotel is located outside of main paris city. So daily conveyance is very difficult if you are tourist. No nearby metro and bus option are very limited. You have spend much extra money to reach tourist attractions and that too using multiple breaks. We used UBER to avoid such hectic journey and spent much as taxi is costlier than public transport. They have shuttle service to Orly Airport but it is not useful if u want to explore paris. Both disneyland & CDG airport is very far from city. Dine out option is very limited nearby. Hotel is good for group with vehicle not for individual or family

ideal place to stay for sightseeing if you don't mind the morning walk

The room was perfectly adequate for what i needed which was to sleep 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children ages 13 and 10).Two separate sofa beds for the children which is a bonus and saves them arguing about space. The breakfast was again brilliant , pastries ,fruits , sausage bacon eggs potatoes and a selection of fresh breads . A selection of juices and coffee were on offer also . The only criticism was the breakfast times change at the weekend and during the week which resulted in us missing breakfast on Monday morning when it reverted back to 09.30 finish, weekends are 12.00. We used this hotel for a sightseeing weekend in Paris and the tram journey and underground took roughly 35 minutes each day to reach the center. We took the T7 tram and got on at (porte de rungis) and then connected at the end of the line to Villejuif Louis Aragon which was no problem at all. The hotel pool was great and was open till 9pm at night so the kids enjoyed cooling off after a long day. The free transfer bus back to Orly airport stops right outside the hotel and the reception staff gave us a timetable of the schedule. Overall we would defiantly stay again and many thanks to the staff at Novotel .

location wise it was a bit of a walk ( about a mile) to the closest tram stop ( porte de rungis) and required going over a bridge which connects the road of the hotel to the other side closest to the trading estate but that would be my only minor gripe.

Novotel Stay Paris Rungis

Great staff, adequate breakfast and a clean environment with an easy ride to Paris center and free airport shuttle!

First night, we got our room and got settled then we needed extra towels and went downstairs again to get them. On our return, we can't open the room with the key card and my Mum opens the door and I tell her about the card. She says well a man, of East Indian descent, just opened the door with a key card and says it's his room. She no, you will have to check with the front desk. What a horrible mistake by the front desk... She was very disturbed because she could have been undressed since we came in from London! I returned and told the staff what happened and they reauthorized my card. I told them what a terrible experience it was for my Mum and the apology was not the best or even almost too quick. Of course we realized what happened, after we checked in, a large group of people, East Indian descent, checked in... And it was wrong to think we were with their party since we looked similar and no excuse for the incident. The only reason for the place getting a low rating was this incident.
