Greet Hotel im Umbau, dafür Ibis-Styles Hotel bekommen. Alles top.

Unser gebuchtes "Greet" Hotel war geschlossen wegen Umbau. Leider wurde das nirgendwo erwähnt, daher standen wir erstmal vor einer Baustelle und haben beim Hotel angerufen. Dort wurde uns dann erklärt, dass das direkt nebenan befindliche Ibis Styles Hotel wohl dazu gehört und wir dort rübergehen sollten. Das hat dann auch wunderbar funktioniert und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Check-In war schnell und einfach erledigt. Das Ibis-Styles Hotel ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bad haben eine ausreichende Größe. Alles in perfekter Sauberkeit. Betten sehr bequem und es gab sogar ein zweites Kissen (im Schrank). Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind kostenlos und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Man ist schnell wieder auf der Bundesstraße, obwohl das Hotel in einer ruhigen Straße liegt.

Eine Info, dass das Greet Hotel gerade renoviert wird und wir eigentlich in das daneben liegende Ibis Hotel gehen mussten, wäre im Vorfeld nett gewesen. Ansonsten war aber alles super.

Cheap and not nasty

The receptionist was vey friendly, the hotel is being renovated so might be less run down in the future but that's the reality of it for now.

The bathroom cabinets are hilariously small and the dirty Joghurt Pot under the bed tells the tale of how well it's cleaned between guests. Had to leave too early to inform the reception.

Das Bad war komplett veraltet und mit Schimmel überall. Und besonders sauber war es auch nicht. War wirklich unangenehm da zu schlafen und sind früh dann wieder abgereist.

Tidy and spacious room that is slightly further from the airport!

The room, bed and toilet was spacious, tidy and clean! The hotel provided basic amenities and the staff was great in responding to our queries for nearby food options. Appreciated the drop-off option for the card at the reception as we had to check out early.

The location was slightly far from the airport, had to take and transfer public buses to reach the hotel. Had to catch an early morning flight, and public transport options were not readily available which required us to walk further to catch another bus. To note that we had to pay an additional city tax upon arrival when checking in (1.60 Euro for two people for one night).

Hotel de carretera recomendable

Habitación espaciosa con cama muy cómoda y baño muy amplio. Muy limpio. Parking gratuito. Personal muy amable.

El agua de la ducha sale fuera por lo que se empapa todo el suelo. El desayuno (no lo contratamos) es bastante pobre, consiste bolleria y algo de embutido. La posibilidad de cenar por los alrededores están algo limitadas para ir andando.

I enjoy my stay in the Hotel.

The hotel should provide Bus Ticket for for their Customer going to Geneva, Switzerland. This will make the Hotel more comfortable for Visitors from Geneva, to Lodge. They should make Arrangement with Geneva Authority concerning the Bus Ticket. Well done.

Bus Ticket was not provided for Visitors from Geneva Switzerland. The hptel should provide BUS TICKETS for their Customer going to Geneva, Switzerland. This will make the Hotel more comfortable for Visitors from Geneva to Lodge. The Bus Ticket fee can be charged with the Accommodation Fees. They should make arrangement with Geneva Transport Authority concerning the Bus Ticket. Well done.

Lokalizacja bardzo atrakcyjna. Pokoje takie sobie. Śniadania dobre. Dużym plusem darmowa kawa, herbata z automatu w lobby. Dostałem, prezent w postaci biletu na komunikację miejską na całkowity czas pobytu.

Widok na dachy innych budynków. W łazience na suficie pleśń.

service déplorable, mauvais accueil, ménage fait le 2nd jour, plus de serviettes ni tapis de douche à notre retour... obligée de retourner en demander, sans escuse ... pas d'oreiller supplémentaire disponible après demande... pas de poubelle, pas de table de nuit, pas de sèche cheveux salle de bain pas très propre, chasse d'eau cassée... pas de volet

Unpleasant stay.

Good room, need some renovation, curtains were with holes, free big parking space.

Our rooms were not ready even an hour after check-in hour, reception lady without apologizing said that there were still cleaning the rooms, although other people arriving were getting their rooms, how strange! She offered a free coffee or refreshment if we'd like to, during our 40min waiting at the lobby, but she refused free breakfast when we asked for.

Convenient and simple for airport

Convenient for the airport with 30€ one-way back to the airport. Simple but ample early breakfast.

We ordered a round trip for 45€ from the airport but no sign of anyone when we arrived an hour later and ended up taking a bus plus 800m walk.

Good for brief overnight.

The room was very basic, small, but clean and did the job. We booked the shuttle service in the morning, and embarrassingly enough, the shuttle driver woke us up and waited for us to get ready to go. We would have missed our flight without him.

The location is very good if you don't use public transport. We booked a comfort room with AC. For this area it's a bargain. Big parking lot and quiet street. Safe and secured hotel. It's basic but very nice.

The bed size.is OK, but mattress was too soft for us. Each one has his own preference. Otherwise OK.

The receptionist in the morning did not speak a word in English and I was asking for something really easy. A bit noisy if you are facing the street. You can easily hear what people are talking about.

I booked a superior double room and they gave me a room for the disabled. Bath without curtain and a shower that pours more wind than water. Terrible attendance. Real proves that sometimes the cheap is expensive.

Nice staff

I really liked the staff! The Ukrainian girl on reception and Georgian man in the dining room were very helpful and nice! 🙂 The location is good - you have choice to have dinner in France or in Switzerland. Warm and clean.
