Breve sosta di ritorno dal viaggio a Capo Nord

Pulizia impeccabile, camera spaziosa e molto silenziosa. Colazione internazionale ottima sotto ogni punto di vista, qualità e quantità! Parcheggio privato compreso.

Nice staff but room cleaning terrible

The Reception Staff were really nice and helpful

The room, my towels were not changed for the entire stay even though i put them in a pile in the shower, they simply took them out and hung them up, the shower leaked water all over the floor, the bed wasnt changed for the 3 days. The kettle was in a cupboard and when i went to use it there were no plugs near the desk. You had to put the kettle on the floor and plug it in. I booked a double bed for my stay but i was given a single duvet because i was on my own which i find really strange. Really disappointed with the room and won't be staying there again.

Praktisch, sauber, freundliches & herzliches Personal

Preis-Leistung diesmal, sauberes großes Zimmer mit weitem Blick über Schkeuditz, leckeres Frühstück, aber etwas teurer.

Kaum Möglichkeiten abends was zu machen, außer im Frühstücks-/Abendessensraum zu sitzen.

Nice breakfast

The bathroom was set up for disabled guests, which is sympathetic, but it meant that the barhroom got very wet due to the open shower. We didn’t feel comfortable using the plug for the hairdryer as a result.

A lot of noise from the hallway. I woke up due to other guests having a conversation in the hallway. I also heard the planes, but this I expected.

Great quality for the money

Location, staff, restaurant (a big surprise! it was amazing!), comfort, size of the suite.

The room wasn't preheated so it was very cold inside.

Nice and clean hotel just off the highway, right for a sleepover during a long trip.

Nice hotel just off the highway, easy to reach, perfect for a sleepover during a long trip. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Nice breakfast in the morning. The staff is also very helpful when we arrived the receptionist realized we had a small baby sleeping with us so she gave us a room with a double bed with a single matras rather than two with a hole in the middle, nice token of kindness.

Not 100% sure but it looked to me WiFi was paid. The bed & pillows could be more comfortable.

Very good

The location was great, close to the airport. The restaurant had excellent food, and had gluten-free selection. I also was able to purchase a gluten-free lunch to take with me. My room was very comfortable and the staff was helpful.

Bathroom was somewhat small without a bathtub. I had to leave early for a flight and requested an early breakfast but this wasn't available. I had already paid for breakfast with my stay, but had to purchase a separate lunch to have food in the morning.

No value for money

the location is great, just right off the highway! which makes the road trip comfortable.

The breakfast is poor, the rooms are old, not enough towels, accidentally happened to be in a smoking room, which is absolutely disgusting. Asked the staff to change, because I’m not a smoker and with cancellation no refund, they didn’t even bother to look at the screen or suggest anything.

I have originally booked at Amedia Hotel in Ruesselsheim and without any Information to me I have been rebooked in Amedia Raunheim so in a different location.I lost the appointment I was in Germany for…no words

Good Hotel but room for upgrades in service.

Waitress at the bar/restaurant

At the check-in I asked about "The welcoming cocktail" at the front desk. The desk clerk pointed to a jar of water with lemon slices in it and said basically, there it is help yourself! Not really the welcome we were expecting. She was also very cocky and full of herself, as to say we are doing you a favour by giving you a room. What more do you want? Service, perhaps? As said above the trained waitress at the restaurant/bar at least changed our feelings by making us feel welcome.

Initially positively surprised and ready to come back again.

Perfect location when traveling through Germany via A9. Easy access. 24 hour reception. Easy check in. Exceptionally clean.

Cleaning staff were loud, slamming doors and walking heavily early in the morning. They knocked on our door at 8:20 and opened it!! Apologised and closed again, but after a night of poor sleep it was unacceptable.
