Für eine Nacht war alles gut.

Sauber, zweckmäßig, sehr freundliches Personal, Parkhaus/-platz vom Hotel

Keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit auf dem Zimmer außer ein gekipptes Fenster. Im Sommer viel zu warm und stickig. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Für eine Nacht okay.

Überteuertes Hotel mit mehr Schein als Sein

Das Foyer ist das schönste an dem Hotel und die beiden Herren am Empfang waren sehr nett.

Preis-Leistung ist hier unterirdisch. Für 125€ die Nacht erwarte ich dann doch etwas mehr. Das Hotel ist total veraltet, auf dem Flur riecht es nach Zigarettenrauch und wenn man ins Zimmer kommt riecht es wie in einer Kneipe. Ekelhaft. Es ist total lieblos eingerichtet. Die Doppelbetten sind 2 Einzelbetten die sich extrem leicht auseinanderschieben wenn man in der Mitte liegt, da das ganze Bett nur den Anschein von einem Boxspringbett hat, aber nur 2 billige Betten mit ausgelutschten Matratzen sind, die nebeneinander stehen. Die Minibar ist leer und nur auf Bestellung befüllbar. Die Heizung ist voller Spinnweben, der Schrank ist dreckig, der Badewannenabfluss voller fremder Haare. Der Fahrstuhl ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt aber ganz ehrlich da gehe ich maximal mit einer weiteren Person rein die ich gut leiden kann weil auf die 1- 1,5 qm möchte ich nicht mit jemand Fremden stehen. Alles in allem würde ich nicht wieder dieses Hotel buchen und kann es nicht empfehlen.

Estancia agradable

La habitación estaba muy limpia. El personal del hotel muy amable. No utilizamos las instalaciones del hotel, por tanto no puedo reseñar al respecto.

Bastante lejos del centro (40min en bus) y en una calle sin mucho ambiente alrededor. El precio elevado respecto a las comodidades del hotel y la ubicación, pero “barato”en comparación al resto de alojamientos en Hamburgo.

Great hotel,clean, very friendly staff.

The location is great. 20 min walk to train Station. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Size of room perfect for two.

Pleasant

Comfortable bed, bathtub available. Parking available. Very nice buffet breakfast (although coffee machine didn't work at the time).

Room in a semi-basement, view from the window is directly on a mount of grass. More importantly, room smelled awfully strongly of air freshener. Leaky faucet that sprayed water on us.

For me, this was a 5* experience

Exceptional staff, incredibly kind and competent. Very approachable. They've gone great lengths to solve all of my problems or answer any of my questions. Their job is so stressful, but they do their job with vigour and kind-heartedness.

Mediocre Hotel for a high price

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good considering the hotels class.

- Rented a parking spot for 12€/day, but they overbooked. So in the middle of the night I had no parking space in the hotels garage although I payed for that day. Overall parking is horrendously expensive for the quality of the spots. - Several small things that are not overlooked in other hotels, for instance the cleaning staff did not equip the bathroom's bin with a bag - I had to put it there myself. - Room had two double beds but only one socket accessible from the beds.

Perfect for short stay. Easy parking.

Walking distance from Barclaycard Arena (30 mins), quiet location, nice beds and clean room. Late check-out time and easy parking.

Problems with the keycard to access the room delayed us when we wanted to get in and pack for leaving. But the staff at reception was helpful.

Bloke at the reception was rude….I will come back to Hamburg for sure - but not this hotel ;)

Close to the Zoo

The bed was definitely too small for 2 people. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. They offered a Minibar which didn't chilled our drinks. The staff didn't pay attention to their guests needs and were mostly outside smoking. Wouldn't recommend it.
