Good

Well appointed bright large room with plenty of parking space. Facilities very good and cleanliness excellent. Quiet room. Complimentary coffee and croissant available on departure.

Minimum staffing levels There ate two hotels with the same name in the area and I ended up in the wrong one....but the person let me in the early hours of the morning. Hotel seemed very quiet so minimum amount of other guests.

Superb

There was a free parking space, the check in was easy with the lockbox, and everything was directly explained in the room. The woman from reception was really nice and helped us a lot. We had breakfast (croissants and hot beverages) even if we didn't counted on it. Do yourself a favor and book it!:)

it was a days stay but it was enough

Scammers. Don't book via Booking com. The booking via Booking.com login datas to enter in the hotel doesn't work. And they don't refund. Nobody answer at phone. That's the thing. I'm not the only one.

This is outrageous. I had to stay more than an hour with the confirmation in front of the hotel, nobody answered. I took another room. They don't refund. That's a scam. Already informed the police, since I'm not the only one

Disappointing!

The 24 hcheck in.

The draw in the desk was broken and hanging off. The fold out seats inappropriate and too low for an older person. They also took up a lot of space in the room. The carpet was stained. There were no hooks in the shower room to hang clothes on. We could not get shampoo out of the squeezee bottles until we had dismantled the whole thing and found they had caps on them, which had not been removed by the staff, to be ready for use. The card board crowns were a waste of paper and made fun of people with some intelligence. The antibacterial whipes were ok for the covid situation but this was finished and so there was no kettle or tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was a joke! ( French-style Breakfast) Dry roles, a mini croissant and a coffee). How to charge a fortune and offer next to nothing in return! The bible in the broken desk drawer did not make up for it! It was the most expensive Hotel we stayed in whilst we were in Germany and the one who offered the least!
