Everything was just fine 🙂

Quiet surroundings, roomy parking area, and clean facilities.
I did not feel a 'guest'. I was called back to pay for dinner when we left the table.
Diner options are very sober.
Over breakfast my partner was summoned to give the room number as proof of paying customer.

Good price, can advice it for one night during traveling. Restaurant in the same building had good quality food.
Only could pay with cash. Amex and bank card didn’t work. Bankmat was close by so quickly solved.

Good breakfast Quiet location but in a charmless dead village - was expecting more
Service in the restaurant was very slow and the choices very limited - one fish item was off the menu. Poor wine choice

Convenient location for our journey. Dinner and breakfast were very good.
We have stayed here many times to break the journey to Italy. The room we had this time was no way as good as we had stayed in before. We think the hotel has changed hands in the last couple of years.

good location off the motorway, clean, good food,
had tea and coffee in 1 room but not the second

Large car park
The hotel is tired, our room required renovating.
Overpriced for what is was.

WiFi was not secure.

The hotel smelt of stale cigarettes and despite booking a table for dinner the staff wanted to sit us in a large function room on our own which we refused. I believe they had given our prebooked table to somebody else.
Their card machine did not work so I had no alternative but to pay in cash

Close to boulder location
Had to wait over an hour for our food after 21.00

Location to the venue of the party we attended, we were able to check in early, water was powerful and hot
one bed site table was broken, hotel is very basic in every way and needs some upgrade even for a 3 star

rooms really need some improvents

Very comfortable large beds. A large bathroom with a shower. Good breakfast.
It looks like new owners took over the hotel. Hopefully, they can keep the level of service of the previous owners. Unfortunately, here and there the signs of decline are starting to show.

Well located, in a very beautiful city.

Great location for a break in the journey. Lovely breakfast.

Good location to organise walking trips in the area
The restaurant menu had limited options
