Une belle découverte de Saarlouis

Emplacement idéal près de la gare de Saarlouis, chambre plutôt grande et confortable, bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal

Sehr freundliches Personal, bereits beim Empfang - dies ist leider nicht in allen Hotels so. Im Victor´s schon. Zimmer klein aber zweckmäßig. Das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die frisch für uns zubereiteten Omeletts waren wunderbar. Unbedingt ausprobieren! Auch im Frühstücksraum ist das sehr freundliche Personal zu erwähnen. Haben uns wohl gefühlt im Victors und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Sauna war lt. Rezeption leider erst ab 17:00 Uhr in Betrieb (Sauna-Bereich liebevoll und chic gestaltet!).

Enjoyed my two night stay and felt very comfortable. Staff both reception and breakfast were great.

Very good breakfast - plenty of variety.

I asked for a room in a quiet area of the hotel, and was allocated a room at the front of the hotel which looked on to the busy main road into the city. This wasn't quiet early morning when busy traffic started passing from about 5 am ! So the noise disturbed sleep. The second night I asked to change to a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet and no noise to disturb sleep. Reception were very obliging :)

I had a room to the back-side and therefore was very quiet. The room is big enough and comfortable. Breakfast has everything needed and was more than enough.

I enjoyed the breakfast very much. good quality, enough variations and friendly staff.

Wonderful Saar River night stay

This hotel was quite a pleasant surprise. A number of previous reviews that we read were not very positive and we were a bit cautious in booking but we were glad we did . The hotel is immediately off the bike trail and easily accessible. Reception was very easy and pleasant and the young lady who greeted us was very very pleasant , helpful and just a delight to speak with . Bike storage was in a large locked cage in the parking garage . Lift from parking garage to our really nice , clean and bright room (110) made it easy to move our bike panniers . Bathroom had toiletries , was very clean and quite large . Good room lighting with a large window in the room . On site restaurant had great food choices for dinner at a very reasonable price point . Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts that we have had in a hotel over our many years of bike adventures in Europe . Many food choices - both hot and cold . Will definitely stay here again if our bike trails lead us this way again .

Wonderful.

The receptionist was really nice, the check in was quick and easy. The room was exactly what I choice and everything was clean. The room was cozy and the bed really comfortable. We park in the garage where the hotel have an agreement and everything goes well. The location of the hotel is really close to the train station like 5 minutes walking and around 15 minutes walking to the downtown.

I didn't like the 2 separate blankets, but I think is normal in Germany.

Room was much too warm and not possible to control temperature. Otherwise ok. The church bell started to ring rather early in the morning, being quite loud. Of course not a problem of the hotel but could be good to know...

rooms are all old, the bath ventilation very loud, the TV old - means the screen picture/quality is not really sharp, is smells sticky on the floor and room.

Ok. Hotel is lovely just let down by simple things like quality of pillows The staff are excellent.

Staff were really helpful. They moved our room because the first room was very noisy. Room on 1st floor was next to delivery door and we were woken at 4.30 but we were moved to a lovely quiet room as soon as we asked. The location is good- a 10 minute pleasant walk into town.

Great stay, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

Great selection at breakfast, hot and cold options, great coffee!! Room was a standard size with a really comfy bed, extra pillows if required. Nice views from room window, excellent location, short walk to local restaurants/amenities.

Nice Hotel but not ideal for bike tours

beautiful Hotel with nice Rooms and friendly staff.

the bike-room wasn‘t good reachable. you have to go with an elevator and through two other doors which are difficult to hold open while pushing your bile through them.

Enjoy and relax in Saarlouis at Victor's Residence.

My room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast buffet plentiful (at least at 7:00). Very friendly team from reception to restaurant. Walking distance from the train station. Quiet room even on the street side. For me, still one of the best hotels in Saarlouis.

No complains. Everything was fine.

Great breakfast, clean facilities, nice staff, and a convenient location

The location is very convenient (very close to the train station, yet far enough where it is not too loud, and a 20-minute walk to the city center), the hotel clean, and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is amazing, as are the bar and restaurant open for dining in the evenings. It is the best hotel option around.

Everything was fine. Some of the rooms are maybe a bit small but they are serviceable. The price is a bit high but anything cheaper available around is far below this hotel in what they offer, so it is fine.
