Wer geschäftlich unterwegs ist, hat alles was man braucht.

Sauberkeit. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher inkl. Kaffee und Tee. Grosses Badezimmer und genügend Handtücher. Better sind bequem. Fenster sehr schalldicht.

Die Hälfte der Elektronik hat nicht funktioniert. Für uns nicht so ärgerlich, aber für Leute, die gerne lesen, eher sub-optimal. Hinzukommt, dass der TV im oberen Stock nicht funktioniert bzw. einen dt. Anschluss hat?! Der Feueralarm hing zudem etwas lose von der Decke und die Duschtüre konnte man nicht vollständig schliessen. Der zweite Eindruck macht die Mängel, wenn auch klein, sichtbar.

Fint til en enkel overnatning

Fint rent og pænt. Det virker som om badeværelserne er renoveret inden for de sidste par år. Selve værelserne var lidt en tidslomme, at komme ind i, og lidt slidt. Men rene var de. Lidt støj fra stationen, der ligger bogstaveligt talt lige ud for vinduet. Man kan ikke sove med åbne vinduer, pga larm fra togene, og selve stationen. Men der var transportable aircondition på værelserne. Lidt mindre morgenbuffet end vist på billederne, men ok, uden på nogen måde at være prangende. Fine personaler ved check-in og out.

Lidt dyrt i forhold til komfort, stand og sammenlignet med andre lignende hoteller i sydtyskland/østrig, men sådan er det måske i Schweiz

Hallo ... Ich möchte, dass Diese Hotel alles gut macht.

Mir gefällt Frühstück sehr gut. Öffnungszeiten ist sehr gut und Problem ist andere Seite (bei der Autoparkplatz) ist sehr schlechte Tür zum Öffnen. Ich denke, dass diese Hotel verbessern soll. Aber möchte ich, dass diese Hotel mehr verbessern.

Ah, Diese Hotel bei der Eingang draussen steht Sterne 4 und im Internet steht Sterne 3. Und warum muss ich Preis separat bezahlen z.B. 2 Nächte schon bezahlt und warum muss ich nochmal bezahlen für Auto parkieren und Frühstück. Und im Internet Buchung hat gesagt, dass Parkplatz Preis inbegriffen ist???????? Aber auch Frühstück!! Das ist kein Preiswert mehr. Und Die Personal ist nicht so freundlich. SCHADE ...... Diese solche Hotel ist kein gute Punkte.

Angenehme Nacht in Olten

Das Einchecken war anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig aber danach sehr leicht von der Hand. Man kann alles via App steuern und das geht erstaunlich zuverlässig. Mein Zimmer war recht gross, geräumig und bequem. Das Bett war tip-top für eine Nacht.

Im Bad war die Klobrille nicht richtig festgeschraubt, deswegen ist man ein wenig hin und her gerutscht. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Im grossen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel.

We had some problems with the check-in cause our card didn't work that's why we were happy that we came just several minutes after check-in time and someone still was on the reception. The girl kindly helped us and then it was fine. Also I don't know how would we check-in by ourselves after check-in time if we wouldn't have NFC in our phones cause firstly you get a key on your phone. We liked the breakfast with coloured boiled eggs, it was quite nice, never seen smth like that before. :)

Ok guys, I guess I’ve never wrote such a long negative review with all the info of what to expect and tips how to live in the hotel, but here it is. 1. First of all, note that the hotel is old and our comfort room was far from what we saw on the photos. The room is very old-fashioned, walls are dirty, the light is awful, yellow. Until now it was the worst hotel in Switzerland we had, in the same price range. 2. We had a comfort room and were lucky to have an air-conditioner (I’ve seen in the reviews, that someone didn’t). Anyway there is quite bad ventilation so there is no air in the room and you also cannot open the window, cause windows face a very noisy train station. So definitely check twice if your room has an air conditioner. Also our room smelled with smoke so there were coffee beans everywhere XD Do I have to mention that it didn’t help? 3. Note that there is no teapot in the room, you have to ask it on the reception (although it was in the description of the room). 4. Always put a note “don’t disturb” on the door cause the cleaning ladies come in the very morning like 7 a.m. to check if you are still there (with or without knocking).

I have been there before - no complaints

Notwithstanding the fact that the hotel is in close proximity to Olten station (the Crewe of Switzerland) and our room overlooked the railway (at my request) we both slept soundly (the benefit of electric traction universal on Swiss railways! A superb location for travel out and back to virtually anywhere in Switzerland

It was passable, but felt too expensive for what you got.

the breakfast was nice (but very expensive), it was very very close to the train station and a short walk into the beautiful town centre.

Room felt way smaller than the pictures, less comfortable/luxurious. Hard to get the room cooled down (didn't seem to be a thermostat) so we had to sleep with the windows wide open. Everything felt a bit small and run down.

Great staff

In the end we didn't stay at amaris due to some issues with the room booking, however want to thank the staff for finding us a room elsewhere, making sure we had all booking details and breakfast covered by them also. Really appreciated the service.

Perfect stopover when changing trains.

Very helpful and courteous reception staff. My room was excellent in every way. Very efficient double glazing eliminated all noise from the very busy train station.

Super convenient location near the old town and train station. Despite the nearby train lines there was hardly any noticeable noise (we had a room towards the back). The «comfort room» was spacious, the bathroom exceptionally large. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

After the booking we were «bombarded» with a repetitive e-mails suggesting online check-in. As we did not know when we would arrive, we did not want to do that. The messages, finally, seemed to indicate that online check-in was necessary, perhaps due to absence of receptionist staff, even during normal arrival times. This did not turn out to be the case. Nevertheless, we found the repetitive e-mails inconvenient. Possibly the many messages resulted in «parallel» reactions by the hotel and booking.com
