Costoso, non parlano inglese e non è confortevole

Tutto. Lo staff è scortese e non parla inglese quindi è impossibile capirsi adeguatamente. Inoltre è tutto molto caro per il pessimo servizio che si ottiene.

Everything was perfect.. staff is very cooperative and helpful. Every time i need a taxi they booked it for me. Joseph wang and Zhang lin helped me a lot. I recommend the other staff of the hotel to learn english as Joseph and Zhang..!! I will definitely recommend staying here again in future. Breakfast was really good and has wasted variety of choices..!

its just a okey.

All okey.. but internet .... need to upgrade at least much better way that foreigner could enjoy with net. We could not do some stuffs from internet because of very poor service there. either inside the room or lobby.

Booked looking the location was pretty much preferable and was sound better to me. ... room should be little bigger. Rest okey. perfect greenery

北京很值得遊玩, 而且交通方便。假日酒店品牌一如既往的好和穩定。早餐非常豐富, 中西式都有, 而且會增補。房間很大舒適, 而且更能延遲退房至兩點, 非常配合離開的航班時間。

只是距離地鐵站有點遠, 行15分鐘, 而且在三環, 要預多點交通時間。走廊的隔音稍差, 房外說話會有聲音。

La struttura era pulita e la nostra camera spaziosa e con un grande bagno. La posizione comoda al centro e ai mezzi.

Staying at such a lovely hotel, made our trip to Beijing that much more enjoyable.

Breakfast was very good with a great variety of food. Convenient location with an easy access to subway, taxis and buses. Of course the close distance to the Temple of Heaven. Spacious and a very clean room. Helpful and efficient staff.

Great breakfast in Beijing

The breakfast buffet was amazing - loads of delicious Chinese food and some western food too (though I didn't try this). Beds were super comfortable. Some staff spoke some English which was appreciated.

The swimming pool changing and entrance were dirty, and you weren't allowed to swim without buying a swimming cap.

Aspettative soddisfatte, soluzione consigliata

Hotel completo di tutto, in camera avevamo anche un asciugacapelli, kit usa e getta per la barba, set gratuito per una mini colazione fai da te (solo tisane), accappatoi, frigorifero e tutti i comfort possibili ed immaginabili. L'albergo è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (10 minuti circa) dalla fermata della metro di Puhuangyu (linee 5 e 14) - uscita D. All'interno della struttura è presente un ATM, comodissimo, in città sono introvabili. Accettano pagamenti con carta utilizzando i circuiti internazionali più conosciuti. Ogni giorno vi forniranno gratuitamente 4 bottigliette d'acqua. Letto comodissimo.

Non specificano su booking.com che tratterranno un deposito sulla vostra carta di credito, sono rimasto con 700 euro bloccati sulla mia carta per circa 20 giorni. Sono andato via da Pechino che avevo chiaramente pagato l'hotel ed avevo ancora 700 euro bloccati sulla mia carta, con la speranza di non ricevere brutte sorprese una volta rientrato in Italia. Alla fine i soldi sono stati sbloccati, ma sarebbe opportuno spiegarlo nelle informazioni. L'aria condizionata nella nostra camera non funzionava, non so se fosse centralizzata, anche se non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza dato che l'hotel è bello caldo (in camera oscillavamo dai 20 ai 23 gradi), mentre all'esterno eravamo abbondantemente sotto lo zero (siamo stati a Pechino 9 notti a febbraio).

I had a good rest in this hotel.

The staff there were really nice. The location is very convenient. It’s close to the train station. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was not included. One of the doors in the hallway was dirty and old; it’s hard to open. The drainage in the bathroom was not very well designed.

Just what I needed for my first week in Beijing.

The hotel is lovely, just what I needed. It has a gym and a swimming pool which is great if you want some exercise other than walking all day in Beijing. The room was huge for a solo visitor. Aircon worked well. Both front desk staff and cleaning staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. They also registered me with the police (the mandatory registration all visitors in China have to do the first 24/h) which was great.

It is a bit far from where I needed to be, but as I also insisted on taking the subway everywhere I guess I doomed myself to a lot of walking.

Very disappointing, to bad for the price you pay.

The rooms are clean, the neighborhood is very local. Luckely I speak Chinese but if you can't speak chinese it's a bit difficult to get arround. Some restaurants around the corners. The staff was very helpfull and friendly and some speak a little English.

The interieur of the room was very out dated but clean. I expected much more for the price I paid but you get a very poor ambiance for the price. I travel a lot (two different countries a month) but this hotel was the most expensive one for the low quality they offer, that's a pitty. The quality of the breakfast was ok but not what you may expect from a Hotel like Holiday Inn. It was very disappointing.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean. The breakfast included was really good which was comprised by the local and western food. Good location as well as there were a number of buses going to different directions. The railway station was in walking distance.

Nothing.... Very old hotel with small rooms of ancient era.

Everything.... Smelling and stinking corridor and carpet throughout. Wooden doors of 1970's and that too broken. In the middle of very old type residential colony.
