Breakfast too limited

Absolutely excellent location. A few minutes walk from metro station, many small, very good local restaurants nearby.
Lovely entrance foyer - mini waterfall, lovely atmosphere
Rooms a bit tired in terms of decor
Aircon didn’t go cool enough - it managed around 24-25 which was bearable (up to 42 outside) but would have preferred 21-13 as a British person used to 20s!
Double bed was actually two singles connected together so gap in between - not the same

Great location

The fixtures and fittings of the room are dated. But this has been compensated by the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. The attentiveness and courteous customer service was the highlight of the stay.
There are some local restaurants within walking distance. Very close to a underground station.
Dated interior of the hotel room.
As a foreigner visiting Beijing on a short trip, if you do not have a mainland mobile phone number, you will have to rely on the hotel staff to help you obtaining a code for wifi access, because your foreign mobile number will not work. If you have multiple devices, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, and a laptop, you'd need the hotel staff to help you with each device's access to wifi, which isn't very convenient, even when the hotel staff are rather obliging.

The location is good. Very close to the subway, lines 10 and 12. One station from Wudaokou, recommend to visit.
The walls are very thin. I could hear every conversation going on in the other rooms. Not much privacy.
There were no power sockets in the bedside table. I had to plug my phone on the desk's socket. Not very convenient for turning off my alarm.

Location is near to subway entrance.
Intercontinental breakfast is ok, many choices.
Wi-Fi is only available if you have a Chinese mobile phone to get the code.
At check in, my reservation was not discussed with me directly, but with the Chinese guy that accompanied me at the hotel. No privacy.

The room was amazing and I really liked that you could open the windows, especially considering that we are in a pandemic and that covid is airbone I really liked that. I also think the staff was very respectful and were always available in case I needed anything. Was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.
I would have liked for more guests to be masking especially since we are still in a pandemic but I understand that it is out of the hotel hands. I hope that the staff keeps masking to protect themselves and also the incompromised guests that will visit their facilities. I would recommend to upgrade to a FFP2 or FFP3 respirators for staff since surgical masks are not as effective to combat COVID-19. Because I know that a majority of guests were not masking I would recommend to get better ventilation with HEPA filters or CR Boxes and also to display the CO2 levels so that guests know how good the ventilation is. Especially in their restaurant because there you can't mask. I think with this the hotel will mitigate the risks for an outbreak in their facilities and will not have to worry about a guest/staff getting covid from each other. Also I have taken this hotel as one for my family to stay when they come visit me but I wish they could display in their website in which rooms you can open the windows and what is the hotel's protocol in terms of covid-19 mitigations.

There is a lovely robot 小麗 at reception. Staff are very helpful, in particular a big thank to Ben Wong at reception. Delicious breakfast. Near the hotel, there are a lot of restaurants providing cuisines from different provinces in China.
We prefer a shower to a small traditional bathtub.

Staffs working at the hotel were helpful, courteous and polite. They are easy to communicate with whether in Chinese or English. Guest service was efficient as well. Just a small hiccup on the first day as I paid to add on my breakfast when I checked in, but the following morning they mentioned it wasn't included. They quickly resolved this issue and all was good afterwards so kudos to their efficient service. Overall quality of sleep was good, room was clean and nice.
Amenities around the area is good as there's a subway train nearby approximately 5mins walk. Whole duration of stay was pleasant and definitely recommended to other business travelers! Definitely will return to stay at this property again in future.
AC temperature during winter is centralize. It's slightly warm in the room but not that much and still bearable. Would be ideal if they could allow guest in the room to be able to control the temperature though as I like it cold in order to sleep better.
Another feedback for the hotel to think about. There is a bar in the lobby area. The waiter staff inform the bartender only works from afternoon to early evening hours. Hence cocktails can't be served after 7pm or 8pm (can't recall exactly the time). But there was one night I went down at 10ish thinking to enjoy a drink, but the bartender is no longer around. Maybe this can be communicated to the guest during checking to inform the availability of alcohol? Not a big deal, but something if the hotel can take note of it to improve this service.

Internet is slow especially at night; Staff in the front desk are careless
6.0 / 10.0
The location was convenient, very near the metro and local shops/resturants. The public spaces were clean and attractive, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was about average for the price range. The room had a kettle and there was tea, coffee, sugar and whitener supplied daily, along with two bottles of drinking water.
The room was much too hot, and in winter it seems that the air conditioning can only heat, so the staff were unable to do anything about it. Despite the chilly conditions outside and having my window permanently open as far as it would go, the room remained too hot to sleep confortably. The reception area had a lot of seats, but the majority were reserved for cafe customers (and most were usually empty). You would be asked to move if you sit on one of those and decline to buy something. There were only four seats for general use when waiting to meet someone, and they were often all in use. Also, I was surprised at how old the TV was - it had no HDMI connecter which prevented me using it as a second screen for my laptop.

1) New Tech. Robots in the entrance are cute. They can tell you about the weather, sing a song... you can even order food and robot will bring it to your room;
2) It is clean;
3)The location is good. The metro station Zhichunlu is very close (10th line), 2-3 minutes from the hotel. A lot of little Chinese cafes nearby. Zhongguancun shopping center is close enough.
The corridor smells weird, like cigarettes...a lot of cigarettes. The family room is quite small.
