Heerlijk verblijf, prachtige locatie!

De locatie is fantastisch! Ze hebben keurig voldaan aan onze verzoek qua locatie op het park. Het park is mooi onderhouden.

Matrassen bij zwembad ogen niet fris. De bar, lobby en ontbijtzaal lijken allemaal verouderd te zijn en ziet er niet echt uitnodigend uit.

Em geral atendeu expectativas de atendimento e estrutura (custo beneficio).

Gostei bastante do atendimento e atenção dos funcionários em especial da funcionária Kimberly e a localização da hospedagem.

Não gostei da organização da entrada, tivemos problemas ao efetuar o checkin, inexplicavelmente ficamos aguardando quase 2h para entrar no quarto. Outro ponto a melhorar é a organização da limpeza do quarto, os funcionários tinha uma programação de horário de entrada para iniciar a limpeza e caso estivessemos no quarto eles não se reprogramavam para voltar,..

Para quedarse una noche y ya,

Normal, nada del otro mundo….

La cafetera no servía, se salía el agua cuando uno prendía y el café no salía. Las neveras de ambas habitaciones no funcionaban, las cajas fuertes de ambas habitaciones estaban sin pila, avisamos en recepción y solo dijeron que lo sentían más no fueron a cambiarlas. El restaurante del hotel está mal atendido, el personal no es amable… para ir al otro restaurante del hotel hay que caminar 3 cuadras por fuera, no es dentro de las instalaciones al igual que el mar. Nos quedamos en una habitación normal y no es como las fotos, son mucho más pequeñas y no son tan cómodas.

Best prima

De locatie was prima, het ligt op loopafstand van het Jan Thiel strand. Het zwembad was ook oke

We waren met drie personen in een appartement dus na aankomst moest er nog een bed worden bij gezet in de woonkamer maar daar is geen airco en in de nacht veel te warm. We hebben een kwartiertje schoonmaak gehad in 8 dagen, de informatieverstrekking was slecht. Omdat je een buurvrouw ziet lopen met de was, kom je erachter dat er een wasmachine en wasrekje ergens moet zijn om maar een voorbeeld te noemen. Ontbijt is veel te duur, je kunt beter even naar de supermarkt lopen

Het zwembad met de ruime hoeveelheid bedjes en de villa was goed centraal gelegen en qua inrichting ruim en netjes. Voldeed aan alle faciliteiten

La atencion de todo el personal fue excepcional, todo el personal siempre esta a tu disposicion.

Los colchones de las camas son muyyyyy blanditos y estan bastante sucios, las habitaciones no cuentan si no con dos almohadas

Kamers werden niet schoongemaakt. We kregen dagelijks elk 1 grote handdoek. Dat is voor zo'n warm land te weinig. Wc papier werd vaak vergeten. Matras was doorgezakt

Localização ruim para quem quer conhecer as outras praias

o atendimento é muito bom, o restaurante do hotel também, com vários pratos bons e a preços acessíveis. O chuveiro tb é muito bom

A localização não é boa para quem quer conhecer as praias do norte, pegávamos trânsito para ir para voltar das praias, mais de 40 minutos parados. O colchão tb é péssimo, acordava toda dolorida. O estaciomento tb era pequeno, tinha q parar longe do quarto e quase sempre fazer baliza nas ruas muito apertadas. Vimos tb alguns ratos pelo caminho q foi tenso.

Gostei da localidade, proximo q praia de comércio,

O quarto era amplo com boa cama e banheiro novo

Muito barulho da ante porta de acesso que bate forte quanto passa alguém, quarto sem decoração, móveis de madeira escura deixando pouco aconchegante, parede azul frio, a luz do banheiro não apagava deixando vazar iluminação a noite toda! Café da manhã pago a parte $21,00 dólares por pessoa! Ótimo porém caríssimo! Funcionários pouco simpáticos, principalmente da recepção! Não qualidade nem estrutura de resort!

Nice place to stay in Jan thiel

Location is excellent to explore the Jan thiel and Willemstad areas. Pool was nice

There was noisy construction work going on next door to us. We booked apartment without breakfast included. One of the days, my husband decided to have breakfast at the restaurant and paid with credit card on the entrance. As we were checking out, reception told us, they had no record of the paymemt, wanted us to pay once again. I have thrown away the receipt, so this became an issue, but the point is that maybe they don't habe goot communication between departmemts and this causes inconveniences for the guests.

One of the most affordable places

Spoke to Patricia before my stay as another family member and friend wanted to join our trip making it a total of 6 for the villa they gave us a 3 bedroom villa which was very accommodating for the same price, Patricia made a note for our reservation and explained everything before we came which was awesome, the pool is really nice, it's close to a nice beach, need a rental to move around if u really want to experience the island and the area felt very safe, great place for families.

One of the showers kept clogging, they didn't clean the villa within our 5 day stay, alot of ants kept coming on the kitchen counters so we had to store everything in the fridge.

Great locatiob but poor hygene and not clean

Location is great. Close (like 200m walking distance) to Jan Thiel Beach area.

Villa 21 was not clean and hygenic. Cushions of outside chairs were really dirty, missing 4th chair outside (was not added after we asked for it), toilet looks dirty, bathroom similar and no warm water in the main bathroom. Owners apparently do not care about quality.

Nice location, awesome pool but needs some serious staff training.

Central location in the Jan Thiel area. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Large pool area.

Not enough parking spots. We had to park far away from our room. Overall, we were treated nicely by the staff. Except for 2. During breakfast, one of the waitresses came to clean the table behind us and said in papiamentu: “Who ate here? Old people? Do they know how to eat?” Rude and unnecessary comment to say behind your guests back. And later that same day before check out, I went to the reception to ask if there was any possibility to check out later. The staff member looked at me strangely and immediately said they dont offer that service and never have. Which I found weird because the document with the house rules we are given at the check in clearly states we can ask for late check out. I insisted again and said to her I will pay any extra fees to stay a little longer as it was raining and didn’t want to drive in the rain. The lady didn’t want to help at all and I didn’t want to insist more. It really was a shame to experience these 2 events on our last day after the warm welcome we received during check in.
