Austria holiday

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, and the room was really nice beds were comfortable . Continental breakfast was adequate, yes it was repetitive. But for a three star hotel, it went above all my expectations . Most of the staff were very friendly, and helpful. Lovely to have the free tea and coffes all day and night.

The bar was only open till 10.00pm , I fully understand this. But literally at 10.00pm it's like lockdown , lights are off and you don't feel you could even sit in the reception/ bar area. Also some piped music would be really nice and relaxing in this area.

Great location, friendly staff, clean facilities and lovely breakfast

Breakfast was excellent with a lots of choice. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Location excellent for walking to all the key attractions and tour meeting points.

The room was a little smaller than we expected but not really an issue unless you want to spend lots of time in it.

Gutes Hotel, wir würden wieder buchden

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, nur der Speck hat gefehlt. Parken mit Kleinbus problematisch, Parkplatz musste in den Nebenstraßen gesucht werden - teilweise dann kostenpflichtig. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Es wurde nachgelegt, es fehlte an nicht.

Fabelhaft!

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hofwirt verbracht. Das Personal war vom ersten Moment an sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Tiefgarage, die zwar nicht kostengünstig ist, haben wir dem öffentlichen Parkhaus schräg gegenüber vorgezogen, da diese abgeschlossen ist und somit die Autos geschützt sind. Die Lage des Hotels ist gigantisch. Nur über die Strasse und schon ist man in der Linzer Gasse, einer belebten Fussgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants, Geschäften, Eisdielen. Wenn man diese Gasse bis zum Ende und über die Brücke geht, ist man in der historischen Altstadt. Jede der Sehenswürdigkeiten Salzburgs kann man vom Hotel aus zu Fuss erreichen, ohne sich gross anzustrengen. Die Zimmer des Hotels sind klein, ebenso das Bad, aber völlig ausreichend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, man schläft hervorragend. Eine individuell einstellbare Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls im Zimmer vorhanden. Einziger negativer Punkt sind die Kopfkissen. Da herrscht Verbesserungsbedarf, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar, aber lecker und reichlich. Hungrig geht da keiner raus. Top ist auch der Innenhof vom Hotel mit Gelegenheiten, im Freien zu sitzen oder zu Frühstücken. Toll ist auch der hintere Bereich der Lounge mit kostenfreiem Tee, Kaffee und Wasser. Da kann man bis spät abends gemütlich zusammen sitzen. Ich werde dieses Hotel gerne wieder buchen.

Die Kopfkissen. Sonst gibt es nichts, aber auch gar nichts für diesen Punkt.

Kurztripp Salzburg

Lage war für uns perfekt, wir sind mit dem Zug gekommen, 15min zu fuss. Das Hotel ist am Rand der Altstadt, zwischen Bahnof und Altstadt. Im Hotel hat alles gepasst, Gepäckraum vorhanden, kostenloser Kaffee und Wasser in der Lobby, angenehme Athmosphäre. Das Zimmer sauber und neu, Fenster zum Innenhof, also ganz ruhig. Im Bad Ablagemöglichkeit. Beim Frühstücksbüffet war auch von allem genügend da. Insgesamt ein unkomplizierter und entspannter Aufenthalt.

Tolle Lage, super Service, sehr hellhörig, aber für eine Nacht OK

Service, Kaffee und Tee zur freien Verfügung, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Tolle Lage

Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche (sehr viele - auch lange Haare auf der Bettwäsche) Sehr dünne Wände, man hört andere Gäste reden, sowie auch Schnarchen. Deshalb war der Schlaf nicht erholsam.

PERFECTO!!!!¡

Es un hotel en el centro de Salzsburgo se puede ir andando a las principales atracciones..la parada del bus del aeropuerto al lado..y enfrente super mercado...la habitacion sencilla pero comoda..rico desayuno y tienen cafe y te gratis para los huespedes al lado de recepcion con microondas y sofas muy agradable!! El personal de 10!! Es un 3 estrellas con una relacion calidad precio muy buena!!!

Modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr schönen, sauberen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet im großen, modernen Frühstücksraum mit Terrasse im Innenhof. Gegen Aufpreis geräumige Tiefgarage. Perfekte Lage: auf einer Seite wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von der A1 Salzburg-Nord, dann aber direkt an der Fußgängerzone, zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten ins historische Zentrum.

Uneineschränkt zu empfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage für einen Städtetripp. Tiefgarage, am Ende der kleineren Fußgängerzone VisaVis der Altstadt, alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mehr braucht man nicht.

Our 2nd stay here and we will definitely be back.

The breakfast is extra but well worth the cost. Fresh fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese. Excellent service.

Travel this year has been pretty expensive, all over. The Hofwirt is expensive but definitely worth it.
