اعيد تجربة السكن في حال كان السعر اقل من ذلك

اعجبني الهدوء في الفندق والغرف واسعه جدا بالنسبة لفنادق اوروبا ومريحة وتعامل موظفة الاستقبال كان لطيف جدا موقع الفندق قريب من الخدمات قرابة مشي 15 دقيقة او 5 دقائق بالسياره التنظيف اليومي كان جيد الغرف فيها نافذة تطل على الشارع وتفتح لتجديد هواء الغرفة وكان ذلك جيد جدا

بعض موظفين الاستقبال غير ودودين الافطار غير متنوع ابدا ابدا ولا يستحق ايضا الفندق لا يوجد به مرافق كالمسبح مثلا او مكان للاطفال

Not very happy with the stay specifically bec of the cleanliness

Location in a quite area. Close by supermarket and conveninece store. Walking distance to the hustle and bustle

The cleanliness of the rooms and the hallways. It was really bad. The cleaning staff barely did any cleaning The reception is probably under staffed Everytime you try to talk to the concierge you have to wait for about 30 mins if not more and at the end he failed to mention that we can not buy tickets from the stop that we wanted to catch the hop on bus even though he talked for 10 mins! The staff are friendly I given them that

Ein gelungener Urlaub,ich kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen,auch das Personal war super nett.Die Lage war auch sehr gut,super Verkehrsanbindung.Straßenbahn und U -Bahn direkt vor der Tür.Top

In der Bar war etwas unruhig,da dort auch Speisen angeboten werden.Das hat meiner Meinung nach dort nichts zu suchen.Das müsste man etwas separater anbieten.Vielleicht könnte man auch zu den Getränke ein paar Nüsse anbieten.Das kenne ich aus anderen Hotels

Do better Hilton Plaza.Executive lounge and Penthouse awful!!!!

The bar staff were friendly. The beds we comfortable and the location was good

Value for Money. Paid for a Penthouse which was a standard room with nothing special about it. Stains on ceilings, marks on walls, and a cracked sink. The Executive lounge was awful, they never topped things up and you had to ask for stuff all the time! No napkins, eggs, pastries, cereal, food....The staff were very unhelpful. Were told we had to eat in the executive lounge for breakfast. After the first morning, we refused as it was awful and no food was available. Went for breakfast in the normal area and it was sooooooo much nicer. They actually had food available, a massive choice and you could choose a cooked breakfast.

Overpriced

It was a standard hotel. Nothing to dislike as such .

It was too stark and bare of amenities. Too overpriced. Location was in an upscale area but no restaurants or eating places around.Ate at the hotel restaurant but found a hair in the food . They didn't charge me for it but implied that the hair was mine !! No apology !

お部屋はアップグレードしていただいたのもあって大変広く、一人ではもったいないほどでした。朝食も素晴らしく、大変満足です。ロケーションも大変良かったです。プライベートで来た時も泊まりたいです。有料のWi-Fiをプロモーションにより無料で使わせていただきました。

デスクのところの電源が使えませんでした。

Odalar harika ve tertemiz. Otel lokasyon olarak hem her yere yakın hem de sessiz sakin.

Çalışanlar ve kahvaltı hiç Hilton’a yakışmıyor… Düzensiz ve dağınıklık hakim. Resepsiyonda sıkça sıralar oluyor. Kahvaltı alanında insanlar masa olmadığından sırada bekliyor. Kahvaltı çeşiti çok ancak sunum şekli karmakarışık, 5.yıldızlı otelleri bir incelemeleri lazım…

3 night city break

Breakfast was plentyful and of superb quality. Staff were very attentive. Our rooms exceeded our expectations both for extremely comfortable beds and beautifully appointed bathrooms. I would stay here again if or should I say when I return to amazing Vienna.

Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff at the front desk, and in restaurant. At breakfast, eggs Benedict, omelettes etc, served to our table. Very good array of fruit, yogurt, and hot items, along with an amazing assortment of breads in the buffet. Our room was very large, quiet, and conveniently situated with several trams just outside the front door.

Had to be careful with the shower, as water could spray onto floor, as there was limited enclosure area. A very minor issue.

Fabulous hotel and breakfast.

Stylish and well planned hotel. The staff were all very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was larger than expected and had everything required. The breakfast spread was the best we have ever had during all our travels.

The bed was a little too hard.

Preis und Anspruch des Hotels an sich selbst laut ausliegenden Unterlagen passen leider nicht zusamm

Das Personal sprach überwiegend nur Englisch. Die Empfangsleute waren deutlich überfordert mit den einfachsten Dingen des Services. Icdh habe mir ein Fahhrad leihen wollen.... das dritte defekte habe ich dann im nächsten Radladen selbst reparieren lassen, das war im Hotel nicht möglich.

Gute Lage, gutes Essen, freundliches Servicepersonal, tolle Zimmer

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich schätze es sehr, wenn wir in diesem Hotel Bademäntel zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Im Zuge der besuchten Tagung gab es auch Mittagessen, auch dieses war sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Beim Frühstück extremer Ansturm, dadurch Platzmangel und lange Wartezeit bis man zu einem Tisch gebracht wurde. An einem Tag Frühstück im Barbereich was wenig gemütlich war. Das Personal an der Rezeption (Ein- und Auschecken) könnte etwas mehr Freundlichkeit an den Tag legen.

Frühstück war sehr gut, vielfältig

Personal nicht immer Professionell und Kundenorientiert, insbesondere an der Reception. Vieles Kompliziert, einiges nicht durchdacht, nicht emphatisch. Viel Personal ohne Erfahrung. Frühstückräume klein, ja nach Uhrzeit wird es eng. Für Unvorgesehenes fehlt oft die Erfahrung beim Personal.
